I've went through "surgery" twice with that toe, but it just comes back. So I haven't visited the doctor in a year now, and everything's about to heal.

This type of discussion only inhibits people from posting pictures of themselves.

Far out... Ive seen some disturbing pics before, but those just take the cake. Not only the cake, but the rest of the bakery, too!

Come to think of it, they took the whole bakery franchise.
