New Hopes rage towards the Solician landing site, engaging all forces that they managed to send to the moon. Shiny blue bursts from PPCs tear apart hundreds of mechs. At the same time many New Hopes get reduced to scrap metal. Then suddenly 14 Thunderers with PPCs appear above the enemy encampment and blast it to smithereens. Finally small fighters clean the last remaining enemies on the moons surface.

(OOC: Whooo...lots of goings on while I was asleep and busy with Trek.)

Looking up into the Argonian's eye, Blakout says, "Agreed. We will keep our end of the bargain so long as you keep yours." Looking around, surveying his troops he then grins and says, "Now who's ready for a drink?"

Later, the Orcs have a huge bonfire party to celebrate the new alliance, and although things are still a little edgy, a few fights erupt between the races, nothing serious.

After the party, the Orcs leave the Elvish fortress with promises to the Argonians to keep in touch. A new Orcish base is erected for the three clans, and plans are laid down for a new form of government, to unite the clans to a central cause.

While great battles are fought, whole races are assimilated, or destroyed. And suffering is common in the highest of orders, Orcish culture begins to re-awaken, and evolve.

The massive new Borg ship, dubbed the Borg Prism, pulled into the center of the hive cluster. The queen smiled.

The shadows and the orcs are now included into the alliance, and the campaign against the shadows has been halted permanently.

Meanwhile, in orbit above the Solician encampment, the Ramses prepares a counter attack.

"Ok, here is the plan once more. The Ramses will decend into the atmosphere and begin targeting fixed emplacements. The squadron of Thunderers will then hover above the base and fire sonic waves. Now, showtime!"

Kilija transmits a message to the squadron leader and then gives the order to set for the enemy base.

The Ramses holds till 400 metres above the base. Enemy missiles and plasma beams are fired at it, but the shields are holding. The Ramses itself fires massive PPCs at the bases turrets. Then the Thunderers appear on the scene and fire sonic waves at the base. Mechs exploding all over the place. Within a few minutes the entire base has been wiped out.

Kilija Verbic smiles.

"Make a casualty report. And order nearby patrolls to search and destroy enemy survivors. Take us into orbit, ensign."

A small group of engineers is being escorted to the capital of the Elves. They are carrying blueprints and weapon diagnostics of the Lunar Corporation that they requested.

Defensive ring is 60 % complete. The shield generators have been installed.

The purifieing of the Ancients was going slowly. Kuragari looked out his window into the ship womb. Millions of living starships, writhing, waiting to be born into space.

The Borg Prism was well defended behind a screen of thousands of Ships. More prisms were nearing completion. The Borg were preparing to attack.

@ Scytale: Sorry, I'll read your posts more thoroughly in the future.

A new type of battleship has been developped. The Artemis is about 700 metres long, equiped with high powered shield generators and PPCs. Also has time lapsers (thank you The_Sardaukar v. 1.2 :)). A skilled captain can use time lapsers to create a temporary hole with PPCs in an enemy shield and then fire a Pakis ray to cause a segment of the hull to explode. This tactic can even destroy a Borg cube if carried out properly.

The lunar defense ring is 80 % complete. When finished, it will be able to defend the entire moon against any threat from space.

Lavenous has commisioned the construction of a new flagship for his fleet. It will be the only ship using time lapsers and a lot of the new LC technology. It will be completed in 4 posts time. A host of other ships are being build as well to make an average size fleet with new technology.

Sol'Kanner looks at the "snakemens" outpost is is under manned (only 1000) this will be a historical battle, the frist argonian operation in space, and it won't be as easy as it sounds, (it's not easy to fit a human spacesuite when you have a tail and 35 cm long feet) but whit the aid of a time lapser it won't be too hard either. Sol'Kanner gives the signal and time slows and battel comence, but just as the argonians seems to be wining. an enemy airstrike takes the time lapser out, and a huge force of snakemen sorrunds the argonians. SOl'Kanner sees no other choice but to surrender.

Since Usul no longer cares :'(, then i rely on earthuker to save my A$$ 8) (don't forget I saved his main dude once)

My main character is a woman ;).

A squadron of Gryphon class fighters enters the scene and begins making strafing runs at the snakesmen, using rapid fire pulse plasma projectors. The enemy vessels fire their weapons at the fighters and one of them explodes- fortunately the pilot ejected. A small, fast dropships flies low and lands next to the Argonians and takes them and the stranded pilot out of the battle zone to the nearest LC base, while covered by the fighters.

Lunar defense ring complete! All inbound invaders better think twice before making a frontal assault.

Sol'kanner looks at Kilija Verbic, thinking that by human standrats she must be looking good, but he still thinks that a tail and some scales would improve her. "Thank you miss Verbic, you have saved me and my men from a great dishonor" Kilija Verbic smiles "no problem"

Suddenly Elves pour from their base in China to slaughter the remaining Snakemen garrrison. We take many casulties but the main base is taken. However it is counter attacked by the Snakemen eager to reclaim it. The base is put under siege and the defenders are busy trying to get the base defenses operarational. Lavenous calls for the Lunar Corparation to help and tells him his reason for witdrawl is almost complete. Lavenous himself leads a relief force of Dwarves and Elves to help the base.

Two large dropship touches down in the base and a platoon of Sek'Meths (after the Egyptian god) walks out of it to support the base. A Sek'Meth is a 4 metres high mech designed for mobility. It carries ECM (electronic counter measure) generators, lending them stealth. Of course they are armed: pulse phasers on the arms.

The platoon consists of 1500 Sek'Meths.

On Lavenous Elrond's desk a commscreen first flickers, then darkens, then fades into the view of a shapeless dark mass with two horizontal red slits on either side of a shape of black void that can only be compared to a nose.

"Greetings Elf Lord." Speaks the entity with a deep, gutteral voice, "I am Dark Lord Q'uev of Orhks. While the other civilizations here on Earth have been expiriencing these...upheavals, Orhkish culture has been evolving, and changing to a centralized government and lifestyle."

The entity, Lord Q'uev, seems to flicker and shift positions, then, with a sigh he continues, "Elrond, I have seen your latest military excerise, and although I am somewhat surprised at it's veracity, I have decided to send aid." Almost out of thin air appears upwards of five thousand Orhkish warriors in full battle regalia outside the Elf base in China. "Please use them well, Elrond," says the entity, in closing, "make this alliance a worthy investment."

(OOC: The Orhkish warriors are yours to do with as you will, use them as any other infantry. They are carrying Wierding Modules, shotguns, .357 Magnums, and various Orhkish swords and knives.)

The Borg fleet, now consisting of two prisms and thousands of other vessels, decended on a small planet called Earth. They had tracked Shadow activity there.

One of the massive prisms fired a beam of multi-colored light. The beam struck a small, oval-shaped continent dead center. The resulting explosion cracked the crust below the point of impact. Voila! Instant gushing pit of lava. The crust had been cracked. The prism began the long recharge on the gun.

Death Toll: 1.4 thousand, rising by 5 thouasand a shot. Hurry, Shadows, kill the Borg!

On the moon, the military HQ was at red alert.

"What the hell is this about?" asked Kilija Verbic.

"A borg vessel has entered the system and opened fire at shadow territory on the Earth. The vessel does not match any known configuration."

"Is it in range of the defensive ring?"

"Yes sir."

"Then why the hell haven't you fired at the god damn thing yet?!?"

The officer said emberassed:

"Because we formally need your permission to fire weapons on the ring."

Kilija Verbic was outraged. Stupid pen pushers with their formalities! She would change this regulation later.

"Fire all PPCs at this point on the borg shield grid. When you have created a rift in the shield, fire the Pakis cannons."

Shniy blue rays came from the ring and hit the Borg ship. The ship responded by returning fire on the ring.

"The shield on segment 45 has been reduced to 67 percent!"

"What? No known borg vessel would rip through our shields that quickly!"

"Sir, we are about to force a window in the borg shield grid. Pakis cannons are standing by...firing Pakis cannons!"

Red beams were shot from the ring and hit the ships hull. A massive explosion on the hull created a huge hole in the ship.

"Enemy shield generator has been disabled. Recharging Pakis cannons...firing."

Another huge explosion on the borg hull. Now the power generators were off line.

"Hold fire! Send out engineers to CAPTURE that ship for analyses, acompanied by infantry wich will clear out the remaining resistanse. Mobilize a squadron of Artemis cruisers to provide cover should the ship regain power."

"Yes sir."

After eliminating the drones on the borg ship, the engineers succesfully captured the borg ship.

All the base defenses are now online and two relief operations have arrived (Lavenous is still on his way). So far all attacks have been pushed back but with our new troops we launch our main attack. A small force of Elves and half of the Sek'Meth make a weak left hock as a destractonary harrasment. Then the main assault force pushes forward into their line. Elves and Orcs fighting together at last you have a perfect match the skill, speed and accuracy of the Elves and the strength, cunning and brutality of the Orcs. All three forces are victorious and celebrate, Lavenous congratulates them all when he arrives. He is esspecially glad that Orcs and Elves are allies and hope it stays so for the future. He agrees to lead more attacks against these Snakemen to repel further agression. He asks the Orcs if they will continue fighting with him for the time being and they seem to agree however it is up to their leader.

Afterwards Lavenous tells his advisers to resume contacts with the Argonians. "The plan is ready is it not" he asks.

"Not for all Elves but for those they will see yes" is is answer.

"Good"
