Please list the name of author, title, price, what kind of book it is and why you think it is a worthwhile book to read. Thanks.

Name: "Magician: Apprentice"

Author: Raymond E.Feist

Price: US $7.50

This is a very good book. Even I who hate reading, found this book comfortable to read. I'm not yet done with this book(I'm only at page 12 :-[), but it's very promising.

It is about an orphan named Pug who come to study with his master magician Kulgan. Somehow he get a place at court and the heart of a lovely Princess.

If you like middleage books, I think you'll love this one.

Paul Johnson: A History Of The 20th Century

I read this now. If you like history books, this is one of the best. Not only it is brilliant description of every strategic act in that era, but also it's good in finding reasons of them. Also it is not only about Europe and America as most such books are, but also it looks into Africa, Asia and South America, so it's quite complex. It was written in 1990, so it lacks one decade, but what you have there, is roughly enough.

Well I used to be into Fantasy novels, Horror, Vampires, Dragons, Midevil Stuff, but I grew out of those books I would like to read a book where you learn something about life. I would like it to intellectual but at the same time intresting. I really don't mind what type of book it is as long as it's not to far away from what I have said. Of course just describing some of the books people have read over the years and why they like them would be cool too.

Absolutly anything by Terry Prattchet but especialy Good Omens or the Discworld series. There comedy fantasy but with some realism.

The discovery of heaven

by Harry Mulisch

Great book :). Basicly, it is how about God and his angles are dissapointed in mankind, since they're inventing new technologies like nuclear fission and genetic manipulation, and they prepare to send an emissary to earth, for wich they make the necessary preparations, such as bringing together the required great grandparents, grandparents and parents, and other things. The child is born, and put in the required environment to make him the emissary that heaven wants. During all this, the angel who is charged with all this is forced to intervene with earthly business, even causing both World Wars to carry out his mission. That's about all I'm going to say, otherwise I'd spoil things for you :)

the celestine prophecy by james redfield

a modern day parable about 11 insights into the human spiritual psyche, where a man tells a story of his discovery of an ancient manuscript discovered in Peru and comes to realise the significance of the coincedences that happen in his life.

A very relevent book to the general feelings of humanity nowadays and also a damn good read.

I guess for genre I would say philosophical story.

No I havent actually read any of those books (Dune Series). Although I have been in love with the storyline for a long time. Which one is the best?

Also people I really appreciate all this feedback but please list the category that the book you state falls into so I can categorize them, thanks.

If it's not too much trouble can you go back and modify your posts to include what TYPE of books they are.

Thanks Again

I would just like to say the following books were the greatest books I ever read.

Homeland, Exile, and Soujorn were my all time favorite Sci/Fi Fantasy Novels.

The Author is R.A. Salvatore and these books belonged to the Forgotten Realms Series.

Another couple good books are "Knight of the Black Rose" And "Vampire of the Mists" belonging to the Ravenloft Series. Author Unknown
