Are you saying the old old icons are nonexistant anymore? (before switching to SMF)

So far those were the best ones, unless you want the forum to have a "new" look.

And I am back for now until my internet messes up again.

Hmm ya, it aren't only the colors that don't work. More tags like the size tag don't work.

I think its the new way they are being parsed. If you nest the tags it doesn't seem to work right all the time.

Actually try using size=##pt or ##px now. There is a new way it reads it now.

Hmm try taking out the code tag, that seems to be screwing up the color. Or end the color and start it again after the code tag.

What does it mean when someone is performing an 'Unknown Action'?

It means that that person is doing an action, which has no label attached to it (in some sort of list of possible actions) So the only thing the Who's Online can display is "Unknown Action"
