Hitler didn't kill as many as Stalin because he didn't have the chance to do it. If he won, he would have wiped out the entire jewish population in Europe, and other minorities too.

EdricO, you always understand everything differently I mean ;D . I ment it's not pity they control us today. Maybe they aren't even Jews nowadays, but they remained in invincible zionistic alliance. Worst it is that zionist influence is known over communism (Trockij, Lenin, even Marx and Engels), but I am sure Stalin wasn't one of them. Everything is balanced. I don't know about Attila, but Stalin was definitely worse. He killed more of his own people than Hitler killed "inferior" races.

About the topic itself, Hitler may well have taken over the world if he had not allowed 340,000 Allied troops to be evacuated at Dunkirk(which he could have done, but didn't)

well here are ways that would at very least make you extraordinarily powerful, if not ruler altogether.

1. Develop a biological disease that targets human DNA and a cure. Give cures to those who follow. unleash disease on the rest.

2. Develop a sonic weapon that renders all humans within its pulse radius uncounsious (The US has been trying to develop this for more than a decade. It is a scientific fact that soundwaves can rupture internal organs, knock people out, etc). The obvious advantage of a sonic weapon is that buildings and 'cover' will do nothing. Detonating a powerful pulse over a building, will render EVEYRONE INSIDE unconscious, making it totally safe for you to go in and steal the nukes, rob the money, or do whatever. The first nation to develop a sonic weapon that does this will utterly dominate...there is no defense. No longer can a gunman hide behind a desk or take cover near a wall. he will be knocked out. The good news is this would be a non-lethal weapon- no bloodshed. Imagine the russians having this weapon during the theater hostage incident. No one would have died. The bad news, however, is that it will make its wieders incredibly powerful- more so than they would be if they had even nuclear weapons. The US will most likely develop this first. They have some ultra high level top secret departments working on this. As far as I know we might already have it.

3. Develop a computer virus or embed some kind of deep macro in the Windows OS that can give you world wide access to nearly all computers in the world. Bank accounts, weapons codes, Pentagon passwords, etc. You would literally control the world.

Hitler would have taken over the world if:

1) He wasn't insane making insane changes to his plans (eg moving forces from heading to Moscow to encircle Soviet troops elsewere, stoping the bombing of the RAF in favour of London, etc).

2) If Pearl Harbour hadn't happened (although even this might not have stoped him).

3) If Rommel hadn't lost in Africa this would have meant Germany would gain vital oil fields needed by both sides and could join up with the Soviet invasion forces by invading Turkey.

4) If the German weapons later in the war had been developed earlier (V1s, V2s, Tiger tanks, jet aircraft).

Actualy Turkey was sending Britan pilots to help us secretly so they probably wouldn't have helped them. Spain could do little, now that France was out of the way and asuming Africa was taken they had no tactical importantce at all (other than Gibraltar) and a poor military even compared to the Italians.
