Who where your favorite characters on Dune?

I actully have two of them I like Paul Atreides & Feyd Rautha because they where both cool characters & they played important parts in there houses.

The baron Harkonnen if you ask me.

And maybe Farad'n.

Dr. Yueh has always been a favourite of mine. Such tragedy!

I've also liked Piter de Vries (in the originals, anyway). He had a really neat character. Twitchy and psychotic. Brad Dourif was an AMAZING Piter in the Lynch movie. That role (and others, once I researched him) made him my favourite actor of all time.

I liked the Duncan Idaho before he died (the Duncan that was drunk on spice beer esp.) and became Hayet, but Hayet is my overall favorite, the mind games he played where sort of funny in a sense ;D

Thufir Hawat, closely followed by Paul. You get to see far more of who they are and how they think, than many other characters.

You don't know much about Thufir Hawat. He is always at a distance. But that makes him good

Paul is of course my favourite of all. But for supporting characters Thufir Hawat is the man. I especially enjoyed how the Baron was sure he had Hawat all figured out but truly had no clue as to how out - thought he was.

and of course Baron Racon in Emperor battle for dune. I didn't like Vladimir, cos he was well a little strange in some ways which I will not mention untill asked
