Timenn
Cool, I will try that :)
Ghosty_Square
You can also make a map and place those explosive barrels in a line ;D
Timenn
Hmm, I think it's more funny with Saboteurs
Warlord
know whats fun? make an LARGE line of sabateurs, start far away from your base, surround all your buildings with sabateurs and connect it to the main line. then trigger the most remote sabateur and watch the chain reaction ;Dim pretty sure the enemy could easily see and kill any sabataur in a line like that.besides, its way cheaper to rush in with chem troops and aa troops
Timenn
That was more meant as a thing to try for fun
technocrat
use sabotor on enemy units, not buildings !Arrg !
Anathema
Obviously. If you could manage to get infantry to an enemy building, take engineers instead.Saboteurs are most likely killed before they reach the target.

Dezertfish
if you put a saboteur or two into an APC on its way to attakc the enemy's base, you can kill the buildings a bit faster... anyway, they are relatively cheap.
ken124578
no, sabateur = useless, it does NOT reach its destination alive, buzzsaws/dustscouts/sandbikes could easily kill, most units could easily kill them!btw. my post above was only meant to be fun. lowzeewee
saboteurs are useless,I mean if the enemy kills them.....they just blow up.They must be used in conjunction with other units like tanks but if the enemy blows up a group of saboteurs along with yr units.......thats too bad........ ken124578
Erm... the sabateur should only be used for blowing up small buildings, but for the large ones i suggest to use an engineer.
Dezertfish
Erm... the sabateur should only be used for blowing up small buildings, but for the large ones i suggest to use an engineer.exactly, a couople of saboteurs can speed up the process of destroying turrets, barracks, windtraps...I still don't do it often but saboteurs can be cheaply added to empty APCs going with the main assault. lowzeewee
If all the buildings including large ones are grouped together place the saboteur there where it can reach almost or all of them then detonate
Ghosty_Square
Well, saboteurs are more efficient at destroying windtraps than engineers. Not only they are cheaper, but a single saboteur can take out a group of windtraps.
Dezertfish
Well, saboteurs are more efficient at destroying windtraps than engineers. Not only they are cheaper, but a single saboteur can take out a group of windtraps. And since many players group their windtraps, its 150$ to kill a few of them.Who steals windtraps with engineers?
Timenn
Windtraps are mostly not so important. Low power isn't so dangerous. You have windtraps in no time build again
lowzeewee
by getting rid of windtraps, some noobs might run out of power for their horde of 2nd level turrets guarding their base and their production will be hampered and thats about all
Warlord
Windtraps power the super weapons, the 2nd lv turrets, and slows down unit training/building production. So it IS a good idea to get rid of them
Avrillian_Sard01
Um, you can deploy sabos as they parachute out of the EITS and when they land...instant BOOM. ;D
ken124578
Whatever people, i prefer to use up my space in an apc to get an enginer in and capture IMPORTANT buildings, instead of destroying them, or trying to "take out his power to hamper turret production" instead you could get the con. yard which is an more usefull target for engineers. Anathema
It would have been cool if you could load an APC full of sabos and then drive it up to a buildig...KABOOM! :D
NetWerx1
Me??i like to send 2 apcs with sabos in them and rush them towards the nemy base in early game...they'll think they're engineers and send troops to molest that apcs...whoops...huge mess... ;D ;D ;Dwhen they find that nasty present send an apc with engis and take over their base :D ;D :)

The_Cheat_Lord
I use them as land mines outside of my base, so it weakens the rush of tanks.
