Is the HAwk Strike the poorest SP in Emperor?

I have noticed that it only scary some vehicles but it don`t damage them!

Well...It serves a useful purpose, making all enemy units flee(that are affected by Hawk Strike)Imagine,I giant group of Minos, sard Elites, and Sard Norms rushing towards your base, then,BAM!They all start fleeing.

And the best part: they will disappear off the screen when the effect lasts long enough. It is better not to stock up all your units at the same place when sw are on...

And to answer your question: EBFD is well balanced, also the superweapons, there is no worst/better sw. It all depends of the preferences of the player..

Well the Hawk Strike in my opinion is the most useful.....As the duracell commercial says CONSIDER THIS:

People attack in groups, if they dont bunch their units up they normally get picked off one by one before they can make it to their destination...

HS is actually the best SW IMHO (except for a double DH where you and your partner both DH at the same time - you can kill ANY building doing this, but place between buildings so you kill multiple buildings hehe)

You can HS any unit group.

HS minos then kill them with fremen as they walk away.

HS a mass of sard elites- they will all run off the screen.

HS a spice field-- watch the carryalls fly away with the harvs ;D

HS guild. Yeeaa! This is the best of all

i agree with emp that HS is the best SW but i think using it on harvs works best and on fast units, anything else is pretty much a waste unless u have secondary units on standby nearby tokill whatever u HS... my $0,02

Isn't chaos lighting better in those aspects? Enemy laser tanks would start shooting eachother (and thus, destroy eachother instantly) and against a huge wall of units I'd prefer to have them kill eachother then to have them run away a small distance and then turn normal again.

I think it really depends on the situation. But in general I think the Hawk Strike is better against Ordos. And the Chaos Lightning is better against Harkonnen

The Hawk Strike is the best!!

It can be used against fast unit and slow units!!

Like group of niab tank can be out of screen in seconds!!

It's also good for slow units like mino,devast... by attacking them when they move!!

The hawkstrike isn't very effective against slow units (unless they're close to the edge) it takes a long time before minotaurs/devastators to reach the edge.

Yeah!! but it's usefull when they are closing to ur units!

Use it on fast units / Slow units near the edge

You can also use it on an advancing army so that your units have less to worry about as they take on the remaining uneffected forces.

When game has lasted long then most times theres 1 spice field where all the harvs are harvesting, use Hawk Strike in there, THe carryalls fly very quickly away and some have harvesters with them.

Chaos lightning is the best. But the hawk strike also has an effect.

It works best on the Ordos 'cause their units are the fastest in the game,

and therefor manage to escape.

(Completly useless against Devastators,)
