House Corrino will control the two poles, House Atreides will control the hemispheres around these two points in a circular pattern, House Harkonnen will control the hemispheres around this, House Vernius will control the western equator, and House Moritani will control the eatstern equator. House Corrino and Atreides control the most spice rich areas, while House Harkonnen controls the largest space, and House Moritani and Vernius control the areas least inhabited; so the Moritani can perform their frequent weapons tests, and the Vernius can perform equipment tests unhampered. 10% off all spice profits are mine, the rest is for whomever claims it. Likewise, any House that mistreats any of my people who cross through Another Houses alloted land of Arrakis will be dealt with harshly. I respect any who do not wish the atreides to mingle with their people in their given territory. He was the only one on the rock formation, his tribe was 678 meters away on another rock formation, setting up for the day. The tall, black haired man had a lot to think about. All the new theifs were handed out and the Houses forces rushed to Arrakis. He had atleast 2 tribes every place there was a theif. Representatives of all houses will be present, to eliminate the need for isolated meetings. You are permitted an escort of ten men, all the other representatives will be alloted the same amount. And you will recieve 10% of all spice harvested from Arrakis, the same amount as myself. With this spice you can purchase what ever you need, and as a gesture of good faith I offer 50,000 gallons of water.
