Stop Peeing your Pants Over Elevators at Work!

That's right! I see people making mad dashes for elevators like they are literally gonna *DIE* if they don't get on the one exact elevator that opens in their line of sight. To you people my message is:

CALM DOWN YOU BRAIN-LESS IMBECILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The world is NOT going to end if you do not get on that elevator to which the door is closing! You have no need to pee yourself over such things! RELAX!!!

Another one will be there within 30 -60 seconds, so CHILL OUT, you wastes of salt!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate hate hate hate hate HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE when my elevator gets crowded by these morons when the door was ALREADY CLOSING but then some dumbass had to go and stick a limb between the doors to make it open up again so the people who have an insane phobia that they will DIE unless they get on that exact elevator have their phobia nurtured. And even worse, invade my personal space and insult my human dignity with their lack of potential to exhibit intelligent life.

I am just WAITING for the day when the safety mechanism that opens the door when some idiot sticks a limb between them FAILS and the doors end up crushing the morons' arm, leg... or better yet, head! I'm gonna laugh my cajones off on that day!!!

Actually, it's perfectly normal as most people need to get where they are going fast. And if they waste 30-60 seconds waiting for the next one, when in fact they could have gone on the latest one if they ran, then they might be late for a meeting or movie, etc. So, since you don't know what their business is, shut the hell up? I ran for an elevator because my best friend was pregnant and called me because she had her water broke, so no time should be wasted, and I dashed for the open one. Ok this didn't happen, but it could very well have. So shut...

Up.

hey Akriu no offense but what you said was pretty dumb and is typical of the dumb idiot morons who always insist on crowding my elevators that they have no business being on in the first place so unless you have something contructive to add please say nothing

Ok, lets analyze Navs post from a psychological perspective.

Lets look at his main point:

here we see Nav making an appeal to people who scurry to board a closing elevator. Nav implores them to calm down and wait the extra 30-60 seconds to take another one.

So Nav tells us to be calm, be collective, be patient, and keep our cool. But lets look at what Nav says next:

We see now that although Nav begs that other people stay calm and be reasonable, he himself is a burning, internal inferno when someone crowds him in an elevator. Instead of Nav himself being calm and collected for a mere 15-20 seconds that it takes to get to his floor, he expends intense energy and rampant emotion while telling everyone else to be something (calm) that he himself is unable to do.

THe only part that worries me is all those innocent people who stand in an elevator with Nav, little knowing the raging thoughts going through his mind towards them while they await their floor...

Personally I don't care if people cut me off to get in an elevator, if I have to wait, or if it is full of people. I'm just not as stressed as you seem to be about elevators.

The only time I got stressed over an elevator was when my elevator got stuck, wouldn't move to any floor, the emergency bell to sound didn't work, and the emergency phone was ringing busy! I got out of the elevator when they managed to get the elevator power repaired an hour later.

Could you care to explain why it was so dumb? First off it isn't your elevator, second they have all the business to, third you have no idea what THEIR business is (not that you care), and finally do not criticize a comment with non-constructive criticism. Hypocritical bastard, no offence.
