thesnake Posted April 8, 2006 Share Posted April 8, 2006 yes they could have fix this if they included the addons maps to the original game... i mean to be able to playe sf maps in the original bf2 game but with the bf2 army as a choice...that way it would be like adding weapons and map packs to the original games giving it mutch value to ure money.. Megashrap Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 SF's is really eye-candy I jumped on and got right away. It's pretty much a different game of it's own. With the EF packs though, they are just like getting any other patch. Just a few more newer maps,and weapons is all. The good thing about the EF pack is if I join a game I don't have to restart the entire game in EF game mode...it just starts. Megashrap Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Usually for adjusting for extreme long distance shots, rise and fall of hit etc. In SOF it was used for zoom factor on the left side,but in BF2 I doubt you will ever need to really use the others at all. erjin999 Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Got some good kills on a karkand map, just standing on american side and chucking grenades over the first building over the hill :P Got about 7-10 minimum without any deaths then got a team kill or two (I was so effective at clearing a way for my allies, I didnt realise they were pushing forward ;)) and I got kicked before I could see my stats !At least my Kill to death ratio is improving. Being kicked for teamkills isnt nice, is happening more, and I get punished everytime, even though I kill the enemy...its collateral damage :PA car, with the enemy driving, I am antitank, my plonker allies walk up to it to shoot him as he tries to run, so I antitank his fat ass...of course, a few allies have to die, but its a sacrifice worth making...somehow...they dont agree ! I was on fire! ... but of course the fifth game I couldn't find the action most of the time so I had 30 points (which was a miracle even, considering how little I saw of the enemy). But those four games were intense. I was a medic with the default gun, and I kept killing/reviving/healing/capturing flags. Cybopache Posted April 13, 2006 Share Posted April 13, 2006 well I was on fire yesterday !I`ve got the veteran Engineer & Assult badge+ 1 bronze medal & a silver medal.Acriku, if you play Karkand as medic you will get the vet easy. All you have to do is to be IN THE FIRE ::).   Throw those bags all over the place.I need 173 heals I think(750 needed) , then I can try for the expert badge.(have`nt played as medic for a while tho.)   One thing, how can it be that I get killed with one shot from the eryx ,and when I try I have to shoot like 3-4 times? same goes for tank and APC.Cybo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Acriku Posted April 16, 2006 Author Share Posted April 16, 2006 Basecamp is basically (to my knowledge) camping in or just outside a base and killing people as they are seen within the base. Baseraping is basically going through a base and killing people as soon as they spawn. When one side is down to their home base, it is generally regarded as fair play when the enemy does not camp that base and instead lets the losing side come to their flags and engage them their (it's more fun for both sides). Claymore the ladder at the top and just sit there taking them out when they spawned. I also got veteran assault/assault specialist with 5 extra gold medals (I now have more gold medals [15] than any other medal). I'm on a roll! Now I'm gonna get veteran medic combat. Yeah, I do the same sometimes scar, just to mess around. Sometimes it's fun just to sit back and snipe the entire round at a spot you like, and get maybe 5 kills but man is it fun!
