  1. Hey Senda long time no see. I play some still a little here n there. We usually just use msn to get a game goin alot.
  2. Ok its like this... I have 2 stereo speakers they are not power driven...just the speakers that i'm trying to get any sound from. I don't know if this is possible or not,but if so please describe how it would work.ie.what to hook up were on the sound card. Thanks in advance. If it can work try and maybe draw a crude schematic of what to hook up etc. Thanks.
  3. What I'm trying to figure out is. is there a way to use 2 speakers to run directly into my sound card or is that possible at all? If anyone knows how to do this any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks ~Scar.
  4. Easy overclocking ability and cheap prices made AMD hot early on also.
  5. Only? Sneak I have that chip and it rocks. Also overclocks very nice on my board with ease.
  6. That's up to you and what your going to use it for I guess. I have Vista Home Premium SP1 on mine but it was on sale at the time I got it.I've never had a problem with it yet.
  7. Just looked at that HDD of yours and it is SATA interface so you really have no choice but to use SATA for that which you want anyway. My board only has 2 SATA conn's on it but it's all I really need at the moment 1 for HDD and the other for my DVD/burner/player.Can also get a SATA card if need be for more conn's.I don't see that video card blocking your SATA ports at all either.
  8. Here's the list of cables and accessories that should come with that motherboard... "1 x UltraDMA 133/100/66 cable 1 x FDD cable 4 x Serial ATA cables 1 x 2-port Serial ATA power cable 1 x e SATA / 1394 bracket 3 in 1 Q-connector ASUS Q-Shield User's manual" And yes the SATA conn's are important if you want better effeciancy of your HDD's and DVD/CD Rom's etc. "SATA is a 'wire replacement' for the older AT Attachment standard (ATA). Serial ATA host-adapters and devices communicate via a high-speed serial cable. SATA offers several compelling advantages over the older parallel ATA interface: reduced cable-bulk and cost (8 pins vs 40 pins), faster and more efficient data transfer, and the ability to remove or add devices while operating (hot swapping)."
  9. Yes Spicy it will fit just fine.Worst thing that might happen is you might not be able to use the slot directly under vid card slot is all.
