erjin999 Posted February 22, 2005 Share Posted February 22, 2005 Hotmail gives 250 meg by default...Dunno, I have several accounts, both after and before the 250Megs thing, and only 1, my oldest, upgraded, all others were a paltry 2 megs, so I used the trick anathema mentioned to get 250...involves setting your country to USA, state to florida, closing account, reactivating account, etc...Now I got 250 megs :PAnd I still have at least one account with only 2 megs, will upgrade when I get pissed off.Oh, and anathema, it still works as of about 4 weeks ago... All 5 of my accounts have 250 megs and some are new, others old and all of them set to UK in locale etc.Oh, mine where set up to wherever I clicked as I was putting in the info (randomly) So I think I landed in Thailand or somewhere for at least one of them.
