I can write in Dwarvish Runic from LOTR and I can speak a few words in Elvish.  I also am trying to learn Vulcan!

I have a phonetic chart for the D'ni alphabet (the language of the D'ni people from the Myst series), and know my name and stuff in the D'ni language.  I also know the workings of the Rivenese numerical system from the same games/books.  It's an extremely interesting base-25 system.

what's the point of learning artificial languages when you can learn real languages?

Real languages are boring. You don't get any joy out of speaking them.

Finnish is lame language for poetry. That's why I write all my poems in English. So English has brought me joy and has helped my life a lot.  :)

I really don't have any interest in these artificial languages, because you can't use them in "real life".

"Hae lakkaa satamasta kun lakkaa satamasta" Mwa. And guess what? That means "Get varnish from the harbour when it stops raining."
