Navaros Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 I am really sick of seeing stuff blurred-out every time I watch a TV-show or movie. It is sooooooooo annoying. It hurts my eyes. It's obscene. It's repugant. This disgusting trend needs to stop.In real life, stuff never blurs-out on me at random, therefore I do not appreciate when some mentally deficient crack-addicted, fumes-loving IMEBECILE blurs-stuff-out on me whilst I'm in the middle of looking at it!My eyes don't blur-stuff-out --- EVER --- therefore, ***DO NOT EVER BLUR-STUFF-OUT IN FRONT OF MY EYES!!!!!!!!!!****Blurring-stuff-out without warning is an affront to my eyes. My eyes are being violated. In fact, I do not doubt that prolonged-looking at blurred-out things will result in defective vision and/or eyesight-loss. Perhaps these blurring-freaks need to be sued in order to final stop abusing everyone's eyes.Whoever invented the idea of blurring-stuff-out should be tortured profusely, seasoned well, then thrown to a pack of crazed rabid hyenas. Anyone who blurs-stuff-out on purpose deserves this fate also.
nampigai Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 I bet all the people you are adressing watch this forum. This way they allwa
Chani Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 even if they are blurring out stuff you might not want to see? or wouldnt want your kids to see? like.. *whispers*.. tallywhackers?
Timenn Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 What is this 'blurring stuff out'?I have no idea what it is?
Cyborg Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 What is this 'blurring stuff out'?I have no idea what it is?I think he meant censorship. You know (for an example) when in some Eminem music videos, they blur the writings on his t-shirt.
Super-ness Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 if u want to see that Nav, go download porn :O
nemafakei Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 Damn, if this is about censorship, I'd already readied a new topic in PRP.It might be about poor filming, or similar. Moreover, it may be to protect the identity of someone involved; blurring out faces and numberplates is often legally required (depending on where you live)."In fact, I do not doubt that prolonged-looking at blurred-out things will result in defective vision and/or eyesight-loss"How would this occur?Besides, eyesight difficulties are far more likely to occur due to too much TV or computers...
TMA_1 Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 This isnt a government nav, it is a corperation trying to make money and get better sponsors for the channel. They have to follow guidelines set down by the fcc and other groups. I agree that a movie should be seen in full, not cut for time and not censored, but damn man. Just go out and buy or rent a movie, TNN and USA are not great places to enjoy a film man. ;)
Cyborg Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 In Norway, they seldom blur any faces on the street or any car numbers. They blur writings on t-shirts if it's not very nice.
fremfedeliteNIAC Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 Late that night, Navaros once again is watching his favorite porno show, when suddendly some joker blurrs out the good bit! Nav is shocked:I do not appreciate when some mentally deficient crack-addicted, fumes-loving IMEBECILE blurs-stuff-out on me whilst I'm in the middle of looking at it!kidding! :D
lowzeewee Posted August 17, 2003 Posted August 17, 2003 Nav,for the millionth time, don't just think about yourself, think about the children of the world.....how the blurred-out stuff will save their innocence and delay their loss of virginity by educating them properly if not you will see more cases of premaritial sex... >:(
Jack Leaf Posted August 17, 2003 Posted August 17, 2003 I am quite sure, that you will see your sister or your mom naked, so I do not understand why they always cover or blur boobies in TV shows or movies. And besides, what's wrong about it, if you see boobies (or ehm... other stuff). And if they blur pornography, they would just cut it. Besides usually these forbidden under 18 years old movies are shown when we 12 year old brats are sleeping. And in Finland, they show pornography only on pay TV channels. I can't even make sense of my own text... lol... hope that you understand :D
Danuary Posted August 18, 2003 Posted August 18, 2003 boobies...very mature JackLOL in canada we are lucky there is porno on city TV! ;Dat 1:00 on fridays theres all the good stuff I mean... I heard some PUNKS talking about it down the street yea....and they said it was goood...cause it was no mistake.. I mean thats what THEY said ;)
lowzeewee Posted August 18, 2003 Posted August 18, 2003 To prove how "safe" Singapore is from "mature stuff",here is one good point.Playboy is still not allowed to be sold here. ;)
Danuary Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 OOO we all know you have one, you're probably even looking at it right now.
Duncan_ghola Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 of course he is thats why he always seems to be "distracted" in his "posts"
lowzeewee Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 ...LOL very funny...even trying to hide a porn magazine in between 2 whales will be a failed attempt. So consider yourselves lucky there. Please don't go offtopic[as usual] the 2 of u... :D

Dunenewt Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Its against some people's religions but as you are an atheist you don't understand

nemafakei Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 "I am quite sure, that you will see your sister or your mom naked"Dunno what you scandinavians do up there, Jack, but it isn't what we do..."what the hell is wrong with premaritial sex?!"It is verging on disgusting, and it is symptomatic of impatience, dangerously applied. Such activity should, on grounds of decency, be reduced to an absolute minimum.

Acriku Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 With premarital sex, comes unprotected sex. Most often.
