I believe WW only allowed 5 games which is what it would normally have been. It doesn't make much difference to points if it was 5 or 6 though.

on point raised earlier in this thread about not knowing/registaring.

I never registered to be on ladder and the game i played with margouila shouldn't count as far as i'm concerned as i didnt know it was a ladder game.

Couldn't care less about losing but feel it is unfair to rest of you for players to pick up easy points off the likes of me.

Now im aware of setts for laddder i will question those setts in any game i play.

If you decide that this game counts then that too is fine by me, but i think its unfair not to let people know its a match, on WOL you were always aware of a BC cause you had to do a BC game.

As i understand it if setts are not right it cant count as a ladder game?

margouila is not even listed as a member of fed2k so how come he on ladder and yet has proxy?

The idea is to promote the ladder so everyone knows it exists and that those settings are "ladder" settings. It will take some time but hopefully people figure it out soon. And for anyone who doesn't point them here. :D

For someone not used to gaming at all, who doesn't know what ladders are all about, maybe Gob could also post a newbie guide for the ladder. :-
