You can set graphics to highest(32bit colors) and shadow on. if the game still fast try to enable 4x anisotropic + 4x FSAA(go to control panel>DISPLAY>SETTING>ADVANCED>ATI 9000pro>DIRECT3d SETTING) I think 9000pro has full support, u will notice a better graphic after doing that and less framerate as well.

If u have a nVidia video card go to www.nvidia.com and download latest driver to get an option that enable Doublescan for lower resolution modes! remember u must enable it, so click Start > Setting > Control Panel > Display > Setting > Advanced > Video card name > Display timing then check enable doublescan for lower resolution modes.

How i can share internet connection between tow computers through crossover cable, i can see shared files and play LAN games through IPX... Both computers use win2k with service pack 4 and i have a USB ADSL modem.
