EITS Advantages

1.Comes with sabo to finish off the target(if necessary)

2.Sneak a couple of them into enemy base and wreak havoc.

3.Don't slow down when damaged(unlike most ordos vehicles)

EITS Disadvantages

1. Costs 2000 :O

2. Can be easily killed by any anti-air

3. Sabo may be killed by anti-air

4. May miss target...make sure it is directly over target to cause maximum damage(that way sabo can land right on top of it) ;D

5. Aerial units kill it easily

That's not true. They do slow down (alot)

And they are kind of useful against humans. I destroyed some bases with those. But I must say it was not against the best people :)

The ordos EITS never kills/destroys something that is worth more then $2000 (on his own)

thats true... i never thought about that. But still if you can take out the conyard and vehicle factories (how likely is that? :P) then its very much worth it (duh) .

It is worth it if you are rushing, otherwise you are right.

2 eits for destroying the factory alone is worth more then the factory and con. yard combined.

actually it only takes one direct hit for an eye to destroy a factory

it takes 3 direct hits to take out a con yrd

i used to use EITS a lot.... so i pretty much know how many it takes for any building

here is a list of approximately how many eyes it takes for buildings (vary's depending on whether it's a direct hit or not)

con. yrd.- 3 eyes

barracks-1

guild palace-usually 5

Ix palace- 2 or 3

outpost- 1

factory- 1

sardu baracks - usually 1

fremen tent-1

Tleilaxu- usually 2

starport-1

baracks: less then $500

1 eits: $2000

guild palace: somewhere close to the $2000

5 eits: $12000

ix palace: less then $2000

2/3 eits: $4000/6000

outpost: less then $1000

1 eits: $2000

factory: $1000

1 eits: $2000

sardaukar baracks: less then $1000

1 eits: $2000

fremen tent: less then $1000

1 eits: $2000

tleilaxu flesh vat: less then $1000

2 eits: $4000

starport: less then $2000

1 eits: $2000

See a pattern in this?

i know... they cost a lot of money, but if you think about it... if you destroy a factory..

factory=$1000

1 EITS=$2000

but, it also keeps them from building more factory units... ;D

same for barracks and everything... but they are good to attack with just before a ground attack to take out some buildings so that your units don't have to do so much work...

Your credits: $2000

Your buildings: factory + hangar + 2 windtraps.

Your building possibilities: 2 lasertanks or 1 puny eits that would destroy a building that is cheaper then himself.

Money doesn't come out of nowhere you know ;) spending alot of money on building eits units means that you can spend less money on things like base building and attack/defend units.

Another disadvantage is that it is hard to deploy them at the correct time on online games because it takes a long time for the command to be processed.

It would be better if ordos acually had an aircraft for fighting, not just for blowing itself up. :-[

ordos are terrorist-like and even if they had a plane for fighting,it would also have a shield and get weaker when hit >:(
