I hadn't updated the forum until now.

I've made it checked by default now and I've also made some changes to the IM pages. I'm not done yet so let me know of any problems you have.

When someone edits thier last post (the last post in a thread) it shows up as new right? (after I have already viewed the thread, the poster edits it and it becomes new)

I have noticed this a couple times and am wondering whether its just me.

But it is a good idea, and keeps people from posting more after their own post. (if it indeed works)

The outbox icons don't work. (show up)

I went to reply to my own backed up message (by me) and it said

I believe it is based on how many posts you have in that board against the total number of posts in that board.

Ok a few more changes to the IM pages. The icons should all be working now including replies but keep in mind old messages you replied to earlier won't be marked that way. The outbox still needs some work for messages with multiple recipients.

What's going on, when I have made a post the page is not updating ?

What page is not updated? You mean your post doesn't show up or it does not say your name etc on the main forum page even though your post was the latest one?

I mean I replied to a thread,and when I went to the main index page it didn't show up as a reply being made in that topic board thread.

I had to close my browser and re-connect before it was updated.Even though I hit the refresh button of my browser.

Also The " show new replies to your posts" button is also not updating correctly

Bring back the 10 recent posts button,it was far better.

I have had a similiar problem, where I go into a board with a new thread/post, and then I hit the back button and it still shows up as new post/thread. I think I have to press refresh or eventually it goes away after I've visited other boards.

Another bug, when I post links in a post and then return to the thread to modify it,say adding another link, 1 it doesn't show the link text,only the message text,and 2 it only shows the latest link,deleting the previous link,that was already posted.?

So when you add a link to a post it goes away when you edit it? I can't seem to duplicate that.

What was happening is as follows, I posted in a reply to a thread, a link,I then saved it as usual.

Then I searched for a further link, when bck to the original post,edited it and pasted in the second link.

However,when I saved that ,the post I made only showed the latest link,not the 2 together.

I checked this by logging off Internet Explorer and re-connecting to d2k.

Yes,also I noticed that the refresh feature is no longer working as before.Before when changing topic boards,the pages would be updated automatically.

Now I have to hit the refresh button on my browser, between every new action.

It took me several attempts to get this done,here is the thread I was trying to edit,yesterday

I think I just found the reason,I recently downloaded the Microfsoft Update for Internet Explorer SP1.

I can't delete my Internet Temp cache ? maybe this is the cause ? I wonder if Andrew has also downloaded and installed the IE SP1 update ?

I do have SP1 along with alot of other updates.

What are the 'Googlebot' things I'm seeing? They appear along with users and guests in the users online thingy, and at least one of them says it's posting... Eh?
