Hi all,

The Fed2k Landsraad has organized a tournament for registered users.

It's not just any tournament, but one where you actually are able to win a prize.

The prize for the winner is a free copy of C&C Generals, provided by EAP

(many thanks to Amer from EAP for making this possible).

This thread is meant for users to sign up to participate. Those who want to compete in the

Fed2k Landsraad Tournament need to be registered on these forums. If you sign up,

provide your location and nick you are going to use. Please make yourself aware of the rules,

before you sign up !! The tournament should start near the end of Januari

Rules:

1) The Fed2k Landsraad Tournament is for registered users only.

2) The Fed2k Landsraad Tournament is played through a knockout system.

Meaning, you play 1 game and the winner goes to the next round.

3) Results of the match need to be posted by both players in the

Fed2k Landsraad Tournament result thread (to be posted when tournament starts).

4) When players post the result, no flames are allowed. If a player

flames, The Landsraad holds the right to exclude the person who flames his/her

opponent. If you feel the game was unfair, use the PM system to inform me, or someone else

from The Landsraad or Fed2k staff. If it's decided that an issue appears,

a new game might be setup with a referee (to be appointed by the Landsraad).

5) Results and matches will be posted on the Fed2k Landsraad Tournament

page.

6) the Landsraad will provide 2 times for games to be played. If a player

can't play at given times, both opponents may work out a time between themselfs within

a week. If no game is played, the player who fails to turn up will not go through. If

no time can be agreed, both players will not go through.

7) The rule to quit under 3 minutes does not exist in this tournament

8) The players can choose any map they desire, the settings however are determined:

Money: 6000

No units

Superweapons on

Crates off

Fog of War off

Living World off

Prebuilt Base on

Our aim is to get 32 players, so be sure to tell everyone who plays EBFD of this tournament and if they haven't already, have them register on the forum ! If you have any questions, please PM me, a Landsraad member or someone from the staff.

Westwood did not change its name. However, the Irvine based studio, formerly known as Virigin Interactive, formerly known as Westwood Pacific, is now known as EA Pacific. These are the same folks that brought you Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge.

FYI... ;D
