lol i know it sounds crazy to do this but still what happent that in some couple of min u find yur self in middle of a devos rush? yes devos how do you stop an army of at least 20 devos? and plz dont tell me things like "idiot... you shuldnt have let your openet build a devos rush" plz just tell me how to stop them...

By devos you mean devastators, right?

Against devastators use fedaykin and sardaukar and also try to shoot them down before they land. Also you can use any other kind of anti-armor infantry.

If you mean deviators - then just use troopers.

use kindjals, troopers, or MAYBE mortars(fire infront of wehre the dev is, and it will step into it.

There's no need to fire in front of the Devastators with Mortars because they are too slow to dodge the mortar shell. Simple use Deviaters and Fedaykin to kill the Devastators. Deviate a Devastator then blow it up. Come right up to the Devastator with about 6 Fedaykin and shoot it at point blank range. If you are Harkonnen you can just use Missile Tanks and Inkvine Catapults, the catapults will keep firing on the Devastators while staying out of their range, and will slowly whittle the Devastators down until they explode. Missile Tanks can do serious damage from a single salvo (two Missile Tanks will kill a Devastator with one shot each.) You could even try projecting Missile Tanks, Deviators, Fedaykin, etc, etc, and using them on Devastators. With Atreides, hit with Minotauruses, back up, and hit again until all the Devastators are dead. If the Devastators are being mass airdropped, use air defence units like Air Drones, Missile Tanks, Troopers, AA Troopers, Mongoose, etc, etc, to kill them in the air before they set down. If any DO manage to set down, kill them quickly with Troopers and Fedaykin or whatever you have there. DO NOT allow enemy Devastators to remain in your base for more than 1 minute maximum, changes are your Factory/Factories and Construction Yard(s) will be the prime targets of the attack. But if the game is only a 'couple of minutes' long as you said in the first post, then the enemy shouldn't have many Devastators.

good tip btw ix there are 3 primary targets its the fac cons and starport. i cant stop devos while there air droping coz carryalls are to quick for the drones to shoot them :(

The trick is to get the drones so they fly in such a way that the missile that the drones are firing at heading directly towards the carryalls and the carryalls are heading directly towards the missiles. You should fly your drones in front of the carryalls, then fly away from the carryalls so the carryalls are following the drones, while the drones are still firing on the carryalls.

Infantry rule devos. If your enemy is idiot enough to send the devos alone, use large groups of infantry (use anti-armor infantry as well but most importantly build a lot of light infantry or chems if you 're ordos). Assuming you don't let him squish your soldiers, his devos are gonners. Of course you may lose a lot of infantrymen in this way, but comparing the cost and build times of infantry and devastators, it is certainly a victory for you.

hawk strike and cahos lightning work well. the hawk strike would make them leave slowwwwwwwlyyyyy but they wouldnt fire back and you could hit them with everything you had.

hawk strike only good vs ordos (and sometimes harks) coz ordos are speedies and run out of map quickly atreides will take forever tille they get out so they just wont and devos they will move 2 steps adn hwk strike efect is over :-

this is lattle off topic but hawk strike works best on harvesters,they make em leave the map taking their caryalls along with em so ur opponent will shortly find himself without money,in my opinion to use hawk stike on lasers is a waste coz lasers are quite easy to kill,and to kill devs ,the best thing are feds if u have them,other inf are effective also but take a bit longer to kill the devs giving ur opponent time to kill at least 1 or 2 buildings

yes, but the hawk strike on devastators makes them not shoot.

Clam, how do you use Hawk Strike on carryalls? You might hit one of them, but will a hawkstrike in enemy spice get every carryall that flies into that spice for a minute or so? Not doubting you, but how does that work?

Ordos: AA Troops (Or use a deviator to gas one at a time and selfdestruct)

Harkonnen: Troopers (Rocketlaunchers[Get 2 per devestator])

Otherwise: (Without Advanced carryalls)

Use Hawk Strike and while they are running, use advanced carryalls to pick em up and get an aa guy to shoot at it

Use Chaos lightning to get them to turn on each other and take the last one out yourself

Or just wait and watch a worm get em if they're walking to your base

Otherwise: (With Advanced carryalls)

get a huge group of AA units

Atreides: Mongeese/Rocket Turret/Air Drones

Ordos: APC/AA Troops/ [AAMINES(if your hella rich)]

Harkonnen: troops/Rocketlaunchers/Devestators/ADP/Gunturret
