perhaps nav never left....perhaps he kille a a member and is pertending to act as him why he plans the master plan.

or if nav is on dial up and using DHCP he can simply redial and get a different IP :(

or even drop to the command prompt and type

ipconfig /release

then type

ipconfig /renew_all (or ipconfig /renew depending upon his OS)

and he has the possibility of getting a diff IP depdning upon leases and dhcp users

Acriku- the only things that can be banned are logon ID's, IP's, and possibly NIC card.(MAC address). there is just simply nothing else that can be banned that I am aware of. All of those Nav can change.

Gob told me once all he would have to do to ban the range of IPs from his, Navs area. But I think he said the down fall was ppl near his area will get banned too. Something like that.

Besides the most Nav could do is view the forum as a guest and get all hot and bothered reading these post about him and not able to respond. ^-^

I doubt he'll buy a new NIC just to change his MAC address :)

we're not calling it a victory. we're calling it that nav is no longer at this forum. why don't ppl understand that? i don't much care who, why, or how he was banned. i'm content just knowing that he IS banned. i don't care about any victory.

Oh but it is. Oh how sweet it is. Oh how I've endured many a night awaiting the ceremonial banning of the venom-spewing parasite known as navaros. This is a time for rejoicing throughout the lands! From West coast to East. From the plains of Tanzania to the Gobi Desert, from the Arctic ocean to to the Cape of Good Hope, from lands unknown to the slums of downtown New York City, let it be known to all of humanity that this, this my fellow soldiers is a day of rejoicing, and celebration to commemorate our victory over the legions of evil, and the fields of deception. This my friends, is a day where men and women of all ages emerge from their homes and chant to the name of gob! gob! gob!. For a good deed has been done beneficiary to the peoples of this crumbling earth, and there shall be a toast dedicated to the courage and patriotism displayed by the warrior only known as Gobalopper. For he has saved this world from certain destruction, and has heaved the peoples of our land up from the depths of despare and out of the salivating mouth of the cerberus who has disgraced us since times immemorial. Yes this my friends, is a day to celebrate the hard-fought victory over Navaros, and his many minions. Today is a day to savour, and when you become of old age, you will be able to sit your children's children down on your lap and tell a story of dignity and pride so grand that it will be relayed through the ages as legend and myth. For the incapacitation of the beast has occured and all is well throughout this peaceful earth. All is well throughout the lands of dune. This my friends, is an event so behemoth in it's importance, that billions will cheer and roar in the streets and the remaining children and women will be able to emerge unscathed from their refuge to which the fangs and claws of navaros have hunted them down 1 by 1. Now, as he lay crippled, and restrained by chains and a wall of raging fire that keep his infectious influences hushed, no more will his presence cause the hairs to stand up on the backs of our necks. May the peoples of these lands as well those of lands afar, raise their glasses in celebration, for a good deed was done today...navaros has been slain.

the dinosaurs are gone too. they've been gone for a long long time. yet its ok to talk about them and no one locks the thread. i didnt know that a requirement in the General forum was that in order to talk about something, it has to currently exist in the general forum. that would make a lame forum, imho.
