Yes there is an water-cooler here in fed2k, proceed to the west until you find an door, walk to another door to your right and open it, duck the incoming green projectiles and run through room to another door while ducking more horrible green projectiles. Go through the door and watch out NOT to fall in THE PIT at the other side of the pit there's an water-cooler, its green, surrounded by black widows, you can't miss it ;) ::)
