Actually the natives were given small (compared to the land each tribe occupied) and dry (desert-like even) and was just land nobody wanted. So the government gave that land to whatever Indians that weren't killed. Historical fact, sad but true. I thought that most palestinians were combatants anyway and that civillians that died as a result of Israeli fire were not intentional. Well regardless, if both sides are committing grievious acts, then the only thing you can really do is let them fight it out.Interferring with the internal revolution of another society is not a good thing for anyone to do. The treaty of Versailles wasn't perfectly fair, but it was better than what would have happened if Germany had fought to the end. If she had, France would have torn her apart and trampled the pieces. As it was Germany surrendered, and that saved her from ultimate death. The same ting could happen, if one side surrenders, no more killing, and they'd get a better deal than if they fought and lost.And if you let people above you get on with it, they might come up with a deal that you don't like.
