China having the technology to make atomic weapons is a very good example.There is someone in this world called spy, called traitor.Because of the wars a long time ago, the technology was spread. That has been established. Now, you are suggesting that after those wars, we should just change our everything? Impossible, and improbable. The idealist views are just that, idealistic. We have gotten to where our world is so complex and winded together, that if we were to change one thing we would have to change a lot of other things, most of which cannot be done. Unless you alter our genes, which is still yet to be established, it won't work. We are humans. Perhaps the reason why man's greatest fear is of the unknown is because we know ourselves too much.
