There is an option that I'd like to see happen but it is not in the ones listed above so I'll put it down here:

E: If Nav is proven to be a cheater, then all the cheaters including Nav should be banned from WOL. If no other cheaters are banned, then it would be unfair to ban Nav from WOL. (That would be discrimination). A temporary ban (let's say, 1 week) from Fed2k might be in order, since Nav appears to be getting more agitated and frustrated lately, perhaps some time off the forums might help him relax.

Mr Gob, all things considered - option D allows for that. Like I said, it is not a case of not liking somebody, it is a case of listening to the majority and that majority are evidently annoyed by Navaros's rants and raves, whence the appeal for a vote to make the message boards a more pleasant place to hang around in.

i vote to have Nav ousted. Of course my vote is biased because I think they guy hates life, he hates people and he actually unconsciously seeks the negative attention. by getting banned, he will have fulfilled his subconscious mission.

but other than just being a coward and a liar, I dont see that either of those are explicitly against forum rules. Yet if Gob bans him, I wont be complaining.

That wouldn't achieve anything useful. It's not a matter of whether you like someone or not, it's what they do that counts.

Well gob, like me u have been around on the old boards aswell, and Nav was exactly the same there. U know that it was (partially) his fault for a couple of members to leave (ie earedill).

He has been doing the same eversince he came onto this board.

He does nothing but call everyone a cheater, a newb, or lying about that he beats everyone.

Its bin nothing but flamewars in navs threads, or in other threads which he hijacks.

What more do u need to ban to someone, what more does he have to do?

isn't this like the 10th topic of the same vote, the other 9 are in the dugeon. I wouldn't mind Nav staying, if he would only shut his mouth from time to time.

My personel opinion is BANN HIM :P

But my political one is: We can't bann him becuase he is just anoying.

Sometimes you need persons with radical thoughts to change somethings.

As long as he does not discriminate (repeatlessly) and stalk people, he should not be banned.

So many of you go off topic or flame one and another, so why would navie (and i really don't like him) be banned.

You know maybe the following:

When they came for the Jews, i did not say anything, because i am not a Jew

When they came for the blacks, i did not say anything because i am not black

When they came for the Indians, i did not say anything 'cause i am not an indian.

When they came for the yellow, i did not say anything 'cause i am not yellow

When they came for the gays, i did not say anything because i am not gay.

Now when they come for ME, there's nobody left over to say anything :-[

Ok, Gob, Everytime i come here(and im sure its the same with a lot of other members) i feel like i have to defend myself or someone else instead of being able to post about emperor. I dont want him banned because he is annoying, he is RUINING IT FOR (almost) EVERYONE!! I hate it but at the same time I like these boards so i stay. But god IT COULD BE SOOO MUCH BETTER WITH HIM GONE CAN'T YOU SEE THAT?? :'(

Its not about politics, its about harmony in an environment for which most 'visit' to escape from the harsh real world - adults and children alike. There is nothing like provocation than what Navaros entertains, although he thinks he is acting morally for the majority, when infact he is upsetting the majority and not intelligently understanding the ramifications of his freedom of expression. To sensationalise and blow out of context, quite literally everything to an audience where age, race, creed, and faith is indiscernable, is akin to being a special guest on the Jerry Springer Show - 'I've had sex with a tree' material. I think gamers come online for that one common bond and that is Dune, Navaros is seemingly determined to break that bond and is evidently seeing how far he can push everybody, including Mr Gob.

The evidence is all there, plastered all over the boards. A majority 'thought' transcribed to a vote puts the interest of the users at the front, above Navaros.

pointybum, i've been here long before you even had Emperor and i've been getting ducked by you "relentlessly" (To use a word you like so much) after having beaten you in QM "relentlessly" (there's that word again, what do ya know) long before you ever registered on any official boards. who do you think you are? ROFL

i post the truth about what goes in the Emperor community. i see it first hand. i've *seen* it first hand for ages. almost everyone in the Emperor community DOES cheat, that's a fact. thing is, since almost everyone cheats and they all abide by the same credo of: "let's not talk about it, let's all lie about it and deny it and everything's cool". I refuse to share in that credo, hence the cheaters don't like me. ah well

and i have *never* lied about who I have beaten. whoever I said i've beaten, it's because i've beaten him, and however many times i've said i'd beaten him and however badly it may have been. It hilarious that some of you guys have to lie about the fact that I beat you because you are so ashamed to have lost to me. That just makes my day, and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. No wonder you guys have to hide behind multiple nicknames each month; you are afraid to use just one nickname because when guys like me with only one nickname beat you, you are stuck with admitting to the stats whereas with your current system of hiding behind multiple nicks, it's harder for witnesses to trace your own losses to you. LOLLLLLLLLLL

Navaros, in this way you proove that you are ruining topics.

Read your post again, and you see the same structure as always. You say that everyone else is wrong, and that you are right. People can only be right if they agree with you.

Even if you were right all the time, this isn't the way to put in a post.

People get annoyed because they, indeed Elite47, have to 'defend' themselves. I said alot of times that they have to ignore you then, but you can't do that constantly. You don't want to be accused of cheating all the time. While you maybe disconnected once by incidence, or even not at all.

I don't know what you like, but it is like that you like to be flamed, cursed, and made a fool of. That can, you have such people and we call them masochists. Well... No one here likes to fullfill your wishes.

So you should consider to stop. If you just make normal posts. And accept arguements which are different then yours. And respect people from now on. I will make sure there is no flaming to you.

I have given you a thread in Strategy, because I liked to see how you run a thread. And it seems that you can actually post normal things too sometimes. But you are also alot of times very annoying. And you get everyones on their nerves. Well... the people here start flaming and making a fool of you, because they are tired of it. It isn't the best way to me, but I can understand their irritation.

You have been warned and spoken with about this alot of times. And it never looked like you would change a thing about it.

Ok, there are more people who are annoying, but we don't see them as much as you, or they just don't attent because they are nothing compared to you about this.

And don't say against people that they don't have the right to tell you something because you are longer here. Because there alot of people better then you who have joined recently, and they post a lot better then you.

So you will receive hereby a warning. Quit the flaming, annoyance, and arrogance. Or I will really make sure you get banned

To all others. Just ignore everything nonsense of Navaros. And don't feed him with your flaming, which makes him grow bigger
