Yep, there is a NDA you have to sign [ in blood ] before you can even have access to that photo.

It also requires you to install some exe and com files on your computer but that is totally irrelevant.

As any one of you beem in a plane that had to reboot ? Really, it can happen. You get a 2 hour in flight delay, stuck on the runway while the plane has to reboot do to some unknow computer ploblem.
