Timenn
Why do Projections Die straight away when they walk on spice? It happens when they let a spice bowl explode
nemafakei
Correct, although explode isn't the right word in Emp...Normal spice does not affect projections.
jacobdouds
Okay, I understand now.
IxianMace
Projections will disappear if they're touched by any unit that doesn't belong to you, hit by any form of fire (including your own), or run over a spice field when its regenerating. You see that little lump in the middle of the spice field? That's a pre-spice mass. When its run over by anything, or after a certain time limit, the mound of sand will burst, and scatter spice over the spice field. That's how the spice fields don't run out. On some maps however (e.g. Hajra Plains, Sihaya Ridge, etc) there are NO regenerating spice fields, which makes reinforcements more important, as well as destroying wrecked vehicles. ;)
Black_Emperor
whats up with sardakars and ixian infiltrators being free to all houses that arent allies with them? i feel thats its unfair when they walk by and touch a crate containing them. gunner154
That is in the campaign. I also don't understand WHY.
The_Cheat_Lord
Some missions you need to have some covert attacks. Sometimes it just saves you time to have that unit. Others it might not be able to build.
Black_Emperor
i still think its unfair that people have to take the trouble to ally with them while others just open boxes
Gunseng_Harkonnen
But ally with them is kinda funny. I like those missions when I must ally with Sards or Fremen.
Ligic_Tha_Master
But there ain't no box thing for guild and fremen.

Ligic_Tha_Master
But if it doesn't have them, it shouldn't have the others >:(
gunner154
There are 5 types of crates:Money Crates: Gives you a certain amount of money.Random Crates: Only in skirmish and deathmatch, gives you unit power-ups, cloak, full map, money or additional unit.Sardaukar Crates: Gives you 1 Imperial Sardaukar or 1 Imperial Sardaukar Elite, toggled by map-maker.Tleilaxu Crates: Gives you 1 Tleilaxu Leech or 1 Tleilaxu Contaminator, toggled by map-maker.Ixian Crates: Gives you 1 Ixian Infiltrator or 1 Ixian Projector (not sure if you can get projectors), toggled by map maker. Ligic_Tha_Master
It doesn't give the projector.
Gunseng_Harkonnen
The best are, of course, money crates. And Sardaukar too. I remember I hadn`t money and was running on map, searching some crates...and I get Tleilaxu one.

Sardauker-Kirov
Yeah, If they open it they will attack the One's who allied with the Fremen or Tleilaxu instead.
