Set in a good time period (early 90's)I might have to buy a PS2 just to play this game.Look up all the info you need at http://www.gta-sanandreas.com/So far it seems like it will be many times bigger than vice city.The games are getting more realistic also.Is this the future of games? (kinda for sims also, if san andreas could become multiplayer with thousands of people on at once playing and such.)Thank God PS2 are a lot cheaper now than when GTA3 original came out.Came a long way, but are still using the same engine, just tweaked a lot.GTA"4" will be awesome whenever it comes out (probably 2-5 years)The game will take at least three times longer to complete than Vice City.If Vice City took as long as GTA3, then WOW.I didn't play GTA: Vice City much. Vanguard3000 Posted July 20, 2004 Share Posted July 20, 2004 Yeah, in VC, there was a mall you could go into, but aside from that, indoor areas weren't really a huge part of the game.San Andreas looks pretty good, although I'm not sure it has many additional features over VC. With each city the size of vice city, or even larger and with countryside and a big blooming mountain this game is big.2) Eat and you get fat, exercise and you get thin. Eat to survive though!3) Get your hair cut!4) Swim (unconfirmed)5) Have a gang. Have gang members that help you out in drive by.6) Own casino's7) The three cities are Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco (However they aren't called that).As well as more yet to be released! Vice City had a multiplayer mode a few months after it came out.Andrew, the games are VERY moddable. New skins, new cars, new cities, new radio stations. I remember a mod that made you shoot flaming exhaust (i.e. bright orange exhaust instead of grey), neon lights under your cars, and hovercars (which would actually dip back as you accelerated, etc).Anyway, I did notice the "exclusively for PS2" thing, so I guess I won't be playing it anytime soon. :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
