well true i've played laggers from the states its general either their setts or crap old modem.

you can explain till your blue in the face to some though and all you get is my computer can handle high sets.

other lagging effects can be people running loads of background stuff one guy was downloading music files at same time lol that was a real sloooooooooooooooow game and he didnt get why. ;D

by the way game speed 8 ain't always great if u get a real good connection with two players with good comps ever seen a mino sprint lol ;)
