Multiplayer Emp. - When?

Hi,

It's Sunday afternoon here in the U.S. and I can't find anyone online to play Emporer. All the chat rooms are empty. Is there a certain day/time that people tend to play on?

Well, you have queit days and busy ones. But for the most you can play at 20:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)or later. I don't know what it is for your time zone. But this is the best time. For the U.S is awake. And it's evening then in Europe.

For me these are the best times to play.

Emp is dead, regardless of what time you are on. Often, it takes *forever* to get 4 people into a game. On a rare occasion there may be lots of games going, but it is much more common for there to be almost no games whatsoever at any given time.

even when the game was brand new it was nearly imposibul to find a game.

Try again, you shouldn't have any problem.

Lately more ppl have joined the game, About a month ago for the first time i had to scroll down to view the full list of games.

10:00pm EST seems to be a good time to play. Usually lots of people on then. :)

Lately there has been a 4-6 game average in the lobby all through the day in NW US.

just recently i logged on and counted 11 hosted games in the lobby - half of which had full 4 players in. I haven't seen an empty lobby for a few good months now.

Im in the UK and the best times to play are between 8pm and 2am GMT.

Yeah frosco is right best is from 8pm till late at night. Should be no problem getting a game then.

I played two days ago for the first time in months... I got 3 consecutive games back to back. I maybe had to wait 3 minutes in between.
