Wouldn't it just be easier to give the pink file the name of the red file and the red file the name of the pink file? Or would that crash the game? :P :-

thats what i did in my mod red works perfect and you even see red instead of the pink so i replaced the color himself :)

Do you remember the filename?

it was "color02.tga" and "color08.tga" i took them swiched the numbers and swiched the numbers in art now you can select red :P very easy...

by the way, ive finally DLed the KH mod, and exept for it crashing a few times(i just inatalled emp on this new puter and didnt have a patch yet.) it is really cool.

There have been some major crash problems with KH2. Just dig around to fingd the bug thread for it.

Good, I hope you like it. I think I did a very good job with it. I'm also going to make one called, Modding Terminology For Dummies, or a semi-autobiographical book called the Magna Modder.

I would appreciate it if someone could make a tutorial for making new textures for new units, and making it so that the new units use unique textures while leaving the orignal units untouched. I'm currently having difficulty understanding the procedure involved with this.

I'm also planning on writing an instructional on modding in general. I have actaully picked up a bit about textures and icons, but I cant do them myself. So you can probably expect something like that from me aswell.
