??? In a straight fight, which would win: Minotaurus or Devastator? I've heard loads of diff. arguments and want a final answer from someone- though I think the minotaurus would win easily!

yeah....   devastator rules mino in a 1 on 1 fight.... but when fighting infantry or just "walking" to the enemy base minotour is better.... i like both units though

When the Minotaurus is guarding and the player don't pay attention to it, the Devastator wins. But when you use the hit 'n run tactics the Mino(not always...) will win. But this take much of your valuable time cause you have to watch it almost every second...

i tried the devastater drop in an skirmision on hard, it was easy to whipe out an entire base with 5 devastaters. (infantrie included)

engineer rush is more annoying for the enemy.

then i have another build ordor when i capture buildings in his base.

first i make an pop up turret then gas turret then pop op turret again untill he doesn't have an base left te protect.

(but i do need an very good econemy have to build non stop turrets)

In a one on one fight the devastors would win, but if it was, say, 10 on 10, the Minos would win because of longer range and the devastators lack of speed.  Also if there were mongeese as well...

If the commander of the Mino is any good, it would obviously win. He'd just move the Mino away, let it fire, move it further, let it fire again, and so on.

But, of course, with both units firing at each other at close range, the Dev would win, no problem - it would just take two or three shots (or something like that).
