Seen it. I've stumbled upon it 2 weeks ago when I was browsing for a school project (sorta). I expect that any day now somebody will seize this to claim human rights apply to fish too.

Well if humans get human rights, why shouldn't fish get fish rights? To say otherwise is speciesist.

I'm quite happy being speciesist myself. All the more humanlooking fish for me to devour!

The right to go around the waters near austrialia look for your son who's been taken by fishermen when he was trying to prove he was brave and can swim. Meeting an absent-minded fish with a voice like that Ellen woman. Riding on a turtles back (they do live up to 150+yrs !) etc. etc.

Those are the rights of a fish....From a human prospective.

1) No fish shall be overfished to the point of extinction or a point when extinction is inevitable.

2) No fish shall be exposed to ridicule, emotional or mental pain, or otherwise cruel behaviour.

3) No fish shall be mauled, maimed, or physically harmed without intent to eat.

4) No fish shall be subject to sexual abuse or humiliation.

5) All fish have the right to remain silent.

6) All figh have the right to freedom of speech, religion, sexual preference, and in some cases gender.

8.) Fish can eat each other, they do it all the time.

9) Sharks are fish too, and all rules apply to them as well.

10) Sharks can eat all the stupid people they want.

11) No fish shall be cooked alive, that's just cruel.

I have a new purpose in life! The emancipation of my ichthyoid brothers! Onwards! To freedom!

Seems we're going to have to contact the figh about their newly declared right to freedom, and the fish about their lack thereof.  :- Poor buggers.
