Just wondering, without the webmaster's permission, can EA remove the stuff they deem "inappropriate" on servers not owned by EA? Won't that be illegal? Noone said those people couldn't post these previews.

Who cares... its by EA. Its not gonna have the same 'feel' that Westwood added to the previous C&C games (NOT Generals...).

In fact, I think I'm gonna download the thing, just to stick two fingers up at EA.

Its probably gonna be based on the engine from 'The Sims' - maybe even a bit of SimCity 4. Oh and a bit of Generals, so that they can actually call it a 'C&C' game.

Kane, and the Brotherhood is indeed a mystery.

We could indeed see the grave of Abel, but, we didn't see his body. You may have heard about the Ancient Egyptian theories, how aliens built the pyramids, how the pyramids are so exactly built and so on? Well, maybe it is the same thing with Kane?

What if Kane and Abel both were aliens (Scrin)? Maybe they were some sort of warlords or something? A conflict took place, and Kane killed Abel (who probably was his "alien brother"). Maybe Abel wasn't killed by Kane at all?

(You can read about Abel here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abel - for those who have other languages in their operative systems, can also see the Hebrew letters)

Also, there is a link there about Cain, "Possession"...

Anyways, this CABAL may have lived even longer, because most fans consider the first Red Alert to be a part of the Command & Conquer universe. Red Alert "replaced" our World War 2, so it happened in the 1940's. Kane was there with Stalin.

Though, I don't understand why the Scrin would go through such a long process. Why wait for Kane to create the world for them when they could easily have invaded Earth in the 1940's or even earlier? Waiting only made the human race stronger through the conflicts that was originally meant to wipe them out. It makes no sense.

Procyon, can you email the video to ngoormanATgmailDOTcom? Gmail can take an 11 MB attachement. I do not think I can upload it anywhere though.

"Command & Conquer 3?

Generals on 9/4/04 Command & Conquer

GameBiz is saying that they've received word from an inside source that EA is currently developing Command & Conquer 3. Here's the scoop:

This week we received word from a source within Electronic Arts Studios that they are working on a new Command & Conquer title to be named Command & Conquer Tiberian Twilight.

This sounds only reasonable as the past C&C title was named Tiberian Sun."

Say what?? The video describes what it looks/sounds like, a prequel to Command & Conquer Tiberian Dawn. Get a sample of tiberium? Uh... this is too much. Are you sure it isn't a mod or something for Generals?

Besides, except the gameplay of RA2, I don't think it would fit in much to the ordinary C&C universe. RA2 wasn't as serious as any of the other games in the series.
