It's too bad the Sens lost.  If we had gotten past Team Belfour, we would have had a pretty damned good chance at the cup.

Well, at the beginning of the season, I swore by Detroit as my second choice, so I'll stick with them, although I really like Montreal and Calgary as well.

Yes Detroit sucks. :P Just because they won a bunch of cups doesnt make them a good team. Cheer for a Canadian team! Like Toronto!

Although if Calgary or montreal won the cup I'd still be happy just not as happy if Toronto won.

Unless Montral puts toronto out then I would cheer for the other team.

Cool.  I mowed Kiprusoff's lawn once covering for my buddy that was out of town.  I guess that makes us very, very, very distant rivals. :O

On that note, I say we make the Calgary-Detroit series interesting, like the mayors of Calgary and Vancouver (I'm looking forward to seeing their mayor pave our streets in a Flames jersey ;D).

I didn't see the goald, but I heard them on my mini radio at work.  I hear the two Niewendyke goals were garbage, and I believe it.  Lalime has been unpredictable all year.  I guess it was a matter of time.

And yes, Belfour was the main problem.  Just think how things would have went if Kidd were between the pipes.

And Detroit is a good tema to cheer for.  I had made it clear at the season's start that they were my second pick, and I'll stick by that.  But like I said, I'd still love to see the Habs or Flames win.

HOOAHH!  1-0 Flames victory in game five, chalk up another shutout for Kipper.  ;D The flames have a shot at closing the series back at the 'dome in game six on Monday.  I missed my ticket window!

Anyway, as I said before, I'm not too sad about the Red Wings' loss, although Yzerman's injury is very unfortunate.  And as I said before, I'm with Calgary all the way, now.
