It is a smaller storm, because on single player, sometimes you can't play a terriotory because there is a storm there.

BTW, in the manual, it says that Guild makers are it's infantry, than how come you can repair it, carryall it, and it is built from the factory.

According to the guide the maker is infantery, but indeed you can repair it etc. But it doesn't matter that it comes from the same building. Look at the Tleilaxu.

why are Fremen able to use stealth, have one shot kills and ARE cheaper than other sub-house units, like Sardaukar?

Good point but if you play with them a lot there's no point in arguing against them. Besides you argue for them in another thread so why say they are too cheap if you like them? just make other units cheaper, leave them alone!
