this is a general forum. There is a purpose for the Martial Arts thread because I had a core reason behind it. Anybody into martial arts? this was a statement that involved nobody. No purpose behind it whatsoever. There are countries in europe that are just as wonderful as america. Maybe even better. I love america though. Not because its the best or has the most moral value. I doubt it Edric. You see this America and we have the right to bear arms. And there are a lot of people who own sniper rifles that don't want a tyrant in charge fully...well you get my drift. If he did become a full dictator, Bush would not be a living American.

Errr, Ordos, I know you have the right to bear arms. But, you see, the army has the right to bear tanks. And machineguns. And rocket launchers.

Besides, it's all irrelevant. Bush will never openly try to oppress you like a dictator. No, he won't repeat the same mistakes that his kind of people made in the past. He will always keep a semblance of freedom and democracy, backed by powerful government propaganda.

I am blocking hate speech. i find it a refreshing thing to do. I have no problem with differing views. I have a problem with hate. I put up with it a long long time, until one day I realized- you know, I don't have to read this stuff anymore. lol! Yea, i notice that too. I think because there is low tolerance for my opinions and people get too emotional about it. If people who disagreed with me (like Acelethal) could just not give-in to personal jabs and flames, it probably wouldn't happen as much. It is one thing to attack an argument- it is another thing to attack the human being.

i can understand your view here. it never stops. politics & religion (or anti-religion): they are the fuel that feeds human society. I don't suppose it will ever die down, so ya just got to suck it in to an extent. 8)

how do I know? Because that was the reason I blocked him. well not the sole reason, it was just the final straw. Stuff like that has no place in an international forum. Its one thing to post a differing view in a reasonable manner, its another thing to be deliberately offensive. i just dont need that kind of thing. there's too much hate already, i dont need it here in this forum.

Like you state, not all I (we) state are flames towards him. It's just that I (people) can't have a discussion with him, due to the simple fact he twists words, has no proof of half of the things he claims (yet wishes others to proof every word), put statements of others in wrong order. All this just to mask his error in judgement and set the discussion towards his views. And it's not just me, others have pointed and proved it to him as well, yet he fails to see.

I will not start another discussion here again, so you won't see any reply from me as far as this issue is concerned (meaning others may have their last word).

yes i discovered that, by accident, but I do not read what he says. the exception was his posts in the Terragen thread. I did look to see what he said there, but truly guys, I have no further interest in what he says anymore. I have seen one too many swastika's and nazi references being applied to my country to have any further desire to communicate. It serves no other purpose then to offend.
