Bad Day....

Got woke up at like 6 today and had to go somewhere I had no idea of. My dad made me and I get dragged along for a long boring car ride.

Now Ive tryed to get my father to get broadband....And he never has to we go to Bestbuy and I get Diablo for 30 bucks cause my friend annoys the hell outta me to get it. I see MSN 8 and I'm like "Ah hell, why not." So I go up to guy and ask him if he can get me started....

And this guy, the ONLY one who knows what hes talking about

Walks away when I'm signing out some form and doesn't come back

So I ask someone else and he says "Sure right after I'm done with this customer" and walks away and doesn't come back..

And I ask another guy who looks like he doesnt know hes in the store and thinks hes still in the bar last night let alone at work....

I leave the store annoyed and come home to find Diablo sucks and I just wasted 30 bucks of a already tight budget for nothing. So I go on Emperor and A leads to B and I am out of SKUM and so disgusted at the Emperor players today that I cannot even stand opening Emperor anymore so I doubt I'll be returning, I mean this is the first time I am actually SICKENED by the players.

And then some person spams the hell outta me on AOL.

And I just get this email from Sabastian Stolk, some guy I've never even heard of saying this...

"I dont know what the fuck got into you, but if you give me me crap like that, all I can say is Fuck You To Asshole. Good Bye."

And now I stand here, this was only a few points to my bad day..

but the emperor players do suck now. a lot of shit has been happening to FEW. if anyone wants to know you can just ask me. but i think my sig says most of it. i'm totally pissed right now too vilgent. i know how you feel.

The clerks probably think kid = no sale so they don't treat you with any respect. I used to get that a lot. Doom's a reasonable guy, I'm sure if you two talk it out he'll let you back in skum. And as for Diablo, was it the original? Or Diablo II? If it was the original, try and return it and go for the second. If it was Diablo II then give it a chance. Like most RPGs, once you get into it it's a blast.

Yeah, what ACE said. However, even a kid is a customer. They should think of the possibility that if he/she isn't buying anything directly, they might return. maybe they need approval of their parents first or something. At least that's how I would see things.

I had something similar happen to me once when I bought my new car. I went looking at some different cars. I also asked for folders and stuff. At one point I was at a dealer and when I asked for a folder he stated "Ahhh, another folder collector". I was like "wtf?" 2 days later I had bought a car of the same brand as that dealer who called me a "folder collector". I stopped right infront of the dealer and went inside. I loudly yelled across the shop area towards him "What kind of freaking folder collector you think I am now that I bought the car somewhere else ?". Mind you, there were other customers there. I can only imagine what they must have been thinking

As for Diablo, like ACE said, give it some time. for me, it's one of the best games I've ever played (and still do).

i was talkin to vilgent on AIM. apparently his problems with SKUM tie into our problems in FEW. guns was letting few go to shit. it's a long story and i don't feel like explaining it again. anyway guns was trying to get vilgent to let him and drnkn into SKUM. he even offered up FEW in exchange. vilgent told me that he wouldn't have let it go to hell and whatnot. so anyone vilgent apparently tried to talk to doom about it and doom said that he just didn't like guns. Drnkn would be ok to allow but guns couldn't make it. vilgent didn't think it made sense because they were both very good players and this was a huge oppurtunity for SKUM. so then vilgent said he'd quit SKUM b/c he was disgustted by the way he acted. long story short vilgent quit, he didn't get the boot. knowing me tho i probably just misunderstood.

True, graphics aren't the greatest around, but they aren't bad either. Just wait until Act 5 and walk around on the mountain where you face the ancients. If you look carefully, you can see one of the previously played levels underneath that mountain

About skum, well, time before I expressed my opinion of that clan. Try to get in other clan, or simply stay out of clans, it's always an option.

Diablo II is called an RPG, but belongs more to a genre called hack 'n slash. and i like it cuz of the fast action, many items, ability to modifiy items with gems and runes... and not to forget... the awsome story with great cutscenes

1) About Diablo, I dont have any RPG's except Dungeon Siege which I thought was a marvel and I still love it. Unlike most graphics are a VERY large part of weather I like a game or not.

And 2) ACE, I've been around longer then you, you've played more then me cause I've been on/off for months at a time. But ACE, I've been around the worst, Rfalcon, Bilbo, Playerap etc..And gunwounds when he was bad. But he comes into my game and I can tell in his voice, his words, he was serious and hes becoming what I am, someone whos relizing its time to try to get respected considering how long you've been around and time to leave the old days of screwing arond.

I doubt it man. I'm his arch-nemesis ;D. Me and doom deducted and proved that he is techix. He masqueraded under techix for months and fooled just about everyone. That makes for like the 4th time I've helped to flush him out...

If he wants the respect of the community he has to earn it. I bet he only wants in skum to screw it and bring it down or something.

Hmm well I just got on this topic coz some1 gave me the link to it, otherwise I prolly never would have known it existed.

First of all, gunwounds is nothing more than a sneaky backstabbing jerk. The way he got himself into SKUM alone is enough for me to state that. Second, even though I haven't been around as long as vil guns or ace (I play online since February last year) I was around in the hobbtz days, I was in FTS clan when north41's account got hacked (wether the pass was guessed or not), and found he suddenly lost like 4 bc matches to gunwounds and bilbo. He has never played those matches. This and numerous other incidents come to mind when i think about this. Gunwounds is just not an honourable person, always two faced and ready to stick it to you when your not watching. I just dont want these kind of people in my clan, for I like to keep things simple without any political hassle. SKUM is a very decent clan, we dont have anything to do witch cheating or whatsoever. It's not just about beeing a good player, it is also about integrity and honour. People that I let in my clan, are beeing let in because they are good payers and (usually) friends of mine.

And letting gunwounds in my clan just doesnt feel good. And why is it so important to get in SKUM? As far as I know he always looked down on us saying they own us etc etc.

And vilgent tried to push me to let them in, saying it was they in or he out. Well then the choice is made easily. Nobody pushes me around. I play this game for fun and friends, not to be absolutely the best no matter what. And well as a clan SKUM is doing fairly well, we are always to be found in the top 5, eventually. And not letting guns in doesnt have anything to do with my capacities regarding running a clan. this is simply a moral descision. Guns has spilled his credit a long time ago, and seeing how things have been for FEW lately only shows I have made the right descision. Too bad vilgent had to make it a take or leave situation, resulting in him leaving SUM. He only beat me to it by minutes though, cos I would have kicked him out personally. Everybody who knows me, knows im not a jerk and always reasonable. But dont come demand impossible things from me. the fuck you asshole was the email I sent to him after our conversation on msn regarding guns and drnk beeing let into SKUM. When I refused he got mad at me, saying I would never be able to run a clan right etc etc etc and went offline while I was still trying to be reasonable (like a phone call and the other person hangs up while you are still talking). So that was me expressing my agitation.

I got nuthin against vilgent, and thought he was a good add on for our clan, but after all it is still me running SKUM, not Vilgent. I dont need him to tell me what is good for my clan and what is not. Im willing to sort things out with him anyday, and maybe even letting him back into SKUM after we have settled our differences, but guns stays out. Period.

And now I have to own some ppl cos this shit rlly makes me sick. ;D

you're actually more right about gunwounds than you think. he was like a sleeper from what pro was telling me. he climbed his way up our ranks and gained popularity through skill. he was one of the better players in our clan. he knew that pro was going to leave for MoO3. he's been talking about it forever. he's been hyping it up so much even I WANT to buy it. so i guess he was just waitin around until pro trusted him enough to place the clan in his hands. when the time was right he overthrew the old ones and only the newest people of the clan still remain in FEW. i.e. senda, trac, me, and pro all got the boot. if i ever see him on again i'd have a few choice words for him...like 'Hey' and 'You' and 'Are a jerk!' heh, ok well most poeple didn't get that. ANYWAY the way you talk about SKUM reminds me of the way FEW used to be. good luck with it and don't let it slip. :-

Its really sad things had to be this way, and I think what happened to FEW is just.. low.

I have never trusted gunwounds, no matter how friendly he was.

And I'll be damned if I let him in and screw up SKUM too.

FEW has been around for as long as I remember, and its a shame to see it go down like this.

So good luck to the remaining true FEW, I hope things will work out better with guns out of the picture. If any of the abandoned FEW members wants to join SKUM, come see me and we'll talk about it. I can always use honest and decent players.
