Well, ex is not in a good spot because some ludacris things have been put against him. He got pulled to the office because he is a silly boy.lol Anyways when he got there, a teacher went through his diary and then saw a list of a few names. If they would have read before, it showed it being a list of people who wanted to patition against the law making it so kids couldnt buy M rated games. Now he has a chance to be expelled. They read through his personal stuff and it is just way out of line. Support ex on this because I believe him and he shouldnt have to take this kind of shit. help him out guys. :)

People are all too paranoid nowadays and if, god forbid, it was a hitlist or something then they woulda been in a shitload of trouble b/c they would have known about it. hopefully they'll just see what it was and not at hitlist hopefully he won't get in any trouble. :-

about three weeks ago. i had about 180 yu gi oh cards stolen from my locker. it didnt have a lock. but the cards value was arojund $300

her responce. "Well it wasnt locked to bad." Even though it was privit property? thats ok. If i have $400 bucks on a lawn chair and someone takes it. isnt that still theivery?

Hello, I would like to inform you that the event that occurred January 16, 2003, is disgusting. The teacher was going on rumors reading the journal, and claimed it was a hitlist while it clearly had a title at the top about a video game petition against Liebermann, and included signatures of other kids. I can only hope that Goshen MS can learn from their mistakes.

I have heard of the accusations brought up towards my friend. These times in America have really set us all on edge. Looking into somebodies private journal though is completely out of line. If you would have taken the time to read the whole thing you would have noticed that it was a patition for a trivial matter. The names were just people who wanted that patition to continue. Your acts go way out of boundaries of a dignified and rational mind. I wish that you would reconsider your actions and understand that though Aeryn is a silly kid, he is a great person and would never even think of harming individuals.

I think it is ludicrous to expell Aeryn (this is your name?)for this incident. What happened to the right of privacy, and the right for free speech? If you found liquour or drugs in his locker, it would be different, but you found a petition list- and you actually intend to expell him for it! He may be silly from time to time, but I know he means well. He never did anything bad enough to be send from school.

I ask you to be reasonable, and don't expell him.

From what I've seen, I believe it's you who's troubled and not Ayron. You obviously suffer from paranoia and should seek professional help.

I thought the US of A was the land of freedom, but your actions makes it look more like something that would have occured in Germany doing the late 30'ies and 40'ies. Please take a proper look at the so called "hitlist", and then take his expell up to reconcideration, and in the future put a little more trust in your pupils.

well teacher's and principals are assholes. if they don't like you for whatever reason they take it out on you any way possible. for an example when i was in seventh grade WAY back when i had a teacher for pre alg. she hated my friggin guts. i didn't do my homework and slacked off in class. hell, it was easy. i aced the class. now, in 7th grade pre alg was the special class meaning all the smarter kids took it. so then what happened was she didn't give me the recommendation for the move up to algebra in eighth grade. instead that bitch held me back in pre alg again for eighth grade. >:( so now i'm totally screwed in any way you can imagine. i can't take AP Physics next year, i can't take Calculas I & II, and i'm totally pissed off at her. She's ruining my life!! >:(

anyway ex, like i said, teachers are assholes, just put up with it b/c there isn't much you can do against the authority. :-
