Whenever I try to log in I get this message:

Unknown serial number

What the hell is wrong? I don't use an illegal copy or anything and at the installation I did type in the serial number on the back of my manual.

well...what if someone burnned the game and they needed a CD Key. so they entered random numbers that just happened to be the same as yours. what would that? would that not allow you to play online?

Aren't serial numbers and CDs linked so it wouldn't matter because it would the wrong CD

I mailed WW abt my installation problems and after TWENTY days they still havent replied...

I have heard more poeple saying that. And to be honest, I don't get it. Everytime I open a case with them, they reply within 2 days...

Btw Earthnuker, I updated this question in the tech forum.

Last case a month agao. And I have opened a total of 12 cases during my troubleshooting time. I always had replies within 2 days, I wouldn't say that's random. Not that their replies mattered much, as they ddin't add any value, but they did reply...

EN i bought 2 emperor packages (1 of packages cd's lost ::)) so anyway i know its unallowed to talk about it but i am willing to give you my old serial :)

Ok :- uhhhhhh that happened to me on RA2 for a long while .. I went and tried to play a week later and it worked all u need is patience young son .... ::)
