Okay, I have a little problem here.

Can Harkonnen ally with the Fremen (in the single-player campaign of course)?

Thanks already!

Strange enough I have never allied in this manner but it does affect later missions if you ally with a House the Freman do not like (of course we know this by now).

Probably you can, at least you will during the last mission if none other.  I like using Fremen and ixians, a dozen projectors and one fedaykin can make an ultimate combination.  A few hundred Fedaykin begin to blow the living daylights out of an enemy base, only 1 is real.

For some people, perhaps the tleilaxu are good. The majority think they're just an annoyance, not a threat - they're all but useless against the Atreides.

And yes, I love ix and fremen.

Tleilaxu leeches are good to infect hardvesters and dismay the economy until death comes in the form of a whole bunch of sand bikes guarded by repair vehicles. Harks are most vulnerable to this attack because they can't repair(Which is gey). Other than that tleilaxy creations are useless for attack on a base. A single machine gun tower will take out the army of t's.
