So how was it that a person driving down the road somehow gets there car stuck and then it gets flooded over?

I beleive he drove up the side to get away from the water.

The grass is too steep for it to go up.

If I had a scanner I would post some picks of our winter storm this year. 75 cm of snow is a bad thing.
