heheheh OMG this is hilarious...

US soldiers find some iraqi looting wood from a house.... and they tear him up !!!

One soldier tells the man "Your kid should be in School not with you !!"

Two other soldiers take out their pistols and open fire !!!

Then They Use a Tank to show they mean BUSINESS

NO LOOTING IN IRAQI

Posted

Another tactic of Bush,"making Iraq a better place" ;) :D

We republicans call that tough love... maybe next time he will think twice before stealing sticks of wood from a nice house.

!

actually, its much better than what they normally get under Islamic law, and what they would have gotten under Hussein, which would be to cut off their hand.  Thats what most Muslims would do for theivery anywhere else.

emprworm, when Bush removed Saddam to remove the bad treatment of the people, he said nothing of inserting his own little "terror regime" himself...

"Duh I got an idea battle let's teach him a lesson."

"Duh what do you have in mind bro"

"Duh lets crush his vehicle that way he can not loot anymore"

"Duh good idea that will teach him to not loot again and I have been wanting to crush a car all day"

Those were the dumbest soldiers I have ever seen in my life why destroy the man's vehicle's for stealing wood. The one soldier says they do not understand us, I wonder why? Somethings never change in the military.

Lol, that looks like a bunch of kids playing with toys, what they did was wrong and stupid, to think that those morrons conquered iraqi :O

It doesnt means that what they did was right, they lowered themself to the levels of the dictator they removed. Those soldiers should be showing them the "right" things and instead of that they did something that saddam more likely would have done.

lol i think you are right ;D

anyone who says they did the right thing is stupid, true a smashed car is better, BUT it would be better if neither his hand or his car would be crushed. What your saying is the same thing as some would say: "gassing Jews was better then slowely cutting them in pieces" wich is true, since cutting is a slow and even more horrible death, BUT that doesnt justifies the other act, both acts are bad and cannot be justified.

bout the score: its kinda childlish to keep up a score. Its just how you look at it, its a matter of opinion. and since you support emp its logical that you give him one point.

no, what i am saying is life is better for the iraqi's.  you saw how scared they looked?  They were probably thinking "my hand is going to get cut off".

must have been great relief to find out it was only their car

It was pretty f*ed up to do that, and did anyone catch the comment at the end? Something about how the car was one of the guy's taxi cabs.

Anyway, this seems to me like a rogue event - besides, what genius made up a policy to instill hatred and anger into the Iraqi people? I'd like to see how they were punished/rewarded for this action.

This is why these people hate us :P Those fucking morons got guns because they couldn't go to high school, so they get to go fight in war, thanks a million, than when they're finished, they can harass Iraqis. I'd bet money they call Iraqis towel-heads.

I hope they got some sort of reprimand for that bullshit.

But like I said, this is why these people hate us, and it is completely reasonable. Getting your hand cut off as what some idiot cleric thinks is required by your religion, is entirely different from having your livelihood taken away by your liberators.

These people were taking wood to burn for fuel, for warmth, anything. We've created a situation were looting is a necessity of surviving. If we can't get them the necessities that we took away by coming there, we should just leave now.

Recently, the US 411th Civil Affairs Battalion returned home to America after months of humanitarian work in Iraq. Maj. Scott Hill, commander of Detachment A, was happy to report that the 411th had completed their mission with no losses. Since April 12, 2003, the 411th completed 350 humanitarian aid projects, including rebuilding the power and water infastructures neglected by Saddam Hussein for 12 years. Engineers in the 411th noticed that much of the water and power mains were not well-maintained, and some parts had not been touched for years. In addition, the 411th was able to distribute over 63 tons of food to Iraqi civilians, in addition to over 15 million gallons of water. The 411th also delivered 33 tons of school supplies to Iraqi children.

Later, the 411th also aided the al-Thawra district advisory council in setting up a system for democratic leadership, the Chairman of the Baghdad City Council, Adnan Sahib Hassan was noted as saying, "After 35 years of being under a dictator, we now have this experiment that works". Indeed, Major Hill also remarked that building hospitals, schools, and power plants were not the greatest legacies of the 411th, but that they were able to set the Iraqis on the first step to democracy.

Now, with the entirety of the 411th battalion safely home in the United States, the Baghdad City Council is electing their own officials, by Iraqis, for Iraqis, to lead their people onward.

Yes, clearly, the stupid actions of a couple of Americans truly outweighs the good done by an entire battalion; one of many that is doing its best to restore to the Iraqis their civil rights, and to help them achieve better standards of living. As Edric and I discovered yesterday, most Iraqis report their standard of living to have gone up, while other reports note that the Iraqi economy has increased 30% in 2004. I can find citations for both of these, if people doubt me. Yes, truly, the Americans are evil people.

*I'm not saying this makes the war right; that's for you folks to figure out. However, I post this here in response to people who might say that the poor behavior of a few soldiers makes the war wrong. There is no connection between the war's legitimacy, and soldiers' behaviors. Before anyone here starts making generalizations, there is good, and there is bad, as there is with all things.

good post WOlf.  I didn't know IRaq economy figures have gone up in 2004, but I'm not surprised.  Generally, when a population gains the tremendous optimism that Iraqi's have, commerce and economy go up.  A very good thing to report.

So because Saddam would do worst it is okey to crush his car? I thought US freed Iraqi from Saddam terror and if you ask me, this is terror to, Bush's terror.

I dont understand why Gunwounds posted this here, was he trying to show us how "cool" US army is?? well he sure gave me more reason to "hate" Bush and more reason why this war is bad, becuz they removed one a dictator who terorized his people and placed another one.

the point for me posting this video was to show that the military did NOT go easy on looters ... like the liberal media has claimed..... the media claims our soldiers just sat there and picked their boogers while the looters ran around.... this video proves that the soldiers were cracking down on the looters and after seeing their car get crushed i doubt they tried to loot again.....

like the soldier said in the video

That video was funny. show more!

Instead of destroying property, couldnt they have taken possesion of teh vehicle adn used it for the militarys purposes?

No! wait, they should just imprison all of the looters into large and expensive high security prisons that the American people can pay for. Because putting people in prison keeps people from committing crimes. ::)

actually i would be happy, i will get shitload of money from insurance and can buy better stuff ;)

didnt think of that... but then again i have good stuff already

Why did they shoot at it first? Surely running it over would be bad enough.

I agree with GUNWOUND (woah, never thought I'd say that) if someone was stealing from my house, I'd totally try anything to stop them... ANYTHING.
