Okay guys, it's been awhile. I have no time to work on this so I'll post this quick. I'm advertising. I'm not sure if this is allowed, so delete this post if you don't like it.

Right now the #Dune channel we're running at DALnet isn't working properly. Do you guys have a dune channel? We have one and it's dying. We hope you guys can help in populating it or something.

The channel is #Dune and it's on DALnet server. To get there:

Get mIRC, register, etc (if you can, otherwise find a hack  ;) ;) ;))

Then get your nickname up (eg. gunner154).

type /server irc.dal.net or use any other good server.

then type /j #dune

For help, please ask me, msg me, etc.

okie, can we shift the channel to #Dune on DALnet or something? Because the channel is kinda dead, and I'm hoping to revive it.

Guys can you pay that channel a visit and maybe populate the channel. we could get some new mods too ;)

I think the forum here is a far better way of communicating than live chat. I have never really been a fan of chat rooms so I may be biased.

Sigh. Perhaps our channel should just go dead too. Since Dune isn't as popular as LOTR and (damnit, this guy sucks) Harry Potter, I can't really expect much. If we could have like, everybody coming at the same time or something, it would be better. thanks for listening anyway, and those who bothered to try (i do not know who you are, perhaps you came when we were not around).

In my opinion we should just stick a channel into Quakenet, which is one of the most popular servers.

And we should organise more regular things like...Gob's question time where you get to ask Gob any questions you have - British Prime Ministers do it...
