Merry Christmas Harkdawg and all! :) I never heard about easter eggs. I can clarify Dawg's words though because I saw it myself on my annual trip to arrakis :)

There are shiny 'grey egg' like objects that are actually 'crates'. Run into them with a unit to obtain an Ixian Infiltrator.

There are also smaller 'purplish' things that look like 'hairy' eggs. ::)

They are Tleilaxu crates, run into them with a unit to pick up a Tleilaxu Contaminator or Leech unit.

Ummm well if you mean Easter Eggs using the computer game specific term then there might be one on fishers plain with the patch of rock that hides infantry. Other than that I'm not too sure. I don't know any intentional ones anyway.

I can remember the Eggs Ixian is refering to, do you know if this was this in a campaign because thats the only place those Eggs are found. I'll have to check out the Fishers Plain map to see about Apollyon's idea.

It's next to a ramp on the bottom-most patch of rock. Very hard to spot if you don't know where to look.

Where on Fishers ? or in a campaign ?

Do you mean the Southern most base on Fishers Plain map,

Which ramp ? (if you do ) ?

We don't mean the obvious ones . ;)

The text I read was to the effect, " select a unit and press ? key to reveal it's special abilities or something like that.

If only I could remember where I read it, oh !

I read it on EA Faqs on their support website, I just remembered.I was looking for reasons of black screen crashes, and I came accross that somewhere amongst the did you know thingies.

That's why I wanted someone else to look for it.lol

It's hidden deep in the bowels of EA's faqs on older games, I read it a few months ago now, when I first came on the forum, so I don't know if it's still on their web site, it must be somewhere, but the Navigation on EA .com is like their games, bloody hard too find, and get a quick answer. ;)

We don't want people sharing bugs/cheats like this on the forums as it only encourages more ppl to use them.

We all remember the air drone thread and the trouble it caused.

Users can still exploit it by hiding their men and forcing their opponent into submission and quiting resulting in a loss.
