This is urgent.. I have the install CD for Empy and everything. Then I though aww crap.. I lost my CD case and i need that Serial number!!! Im screwed!!

I'm not sure about this, but bear in mind that if your serial gets into someone else's hands or you use a serial that someone else has already used, you might not be able to play online...

Then you are in some serious shite. Well, almost. Look the page 5 or 6 (can be 7 or 8, heh) of this board. There is thread called "Can't play Emperor due lost CD?".

You can either request your CD key from EA by getting them to look it up off of WOL since it is stored along with your username. This method may work but I'm not 100% sure if they do it anymore.

Otherwise you have to mail in your CD's.
