This game looks like a highly addictive online game. I am trying to stay away from that, and also my router is preventing me from playing a certain online game. But I got help from the router manufactuer, but I am too scared of what might happen if I start playing again.

Duncan is correct Soldat is a private soldier.One without rank, but like in English it can also refer to a Soldier regardless of rank.

I.e. A General is still an old soldier/soldat. ;)

I will rephrase that.The word Soldat entered the Russian and Polish languages during the WWII for obvious reasons. ;)

A "soldat" in Norway means the same as "soldier" does in English.
