Personally I think they should have come up with better factions for generals. I mean who's gonna wanna drive around in a 1980 ford pickup with a bunch of hooligans with rifles in the back (GLA) When you could be crushing people with a 35 tonne tank the mounts a 50mm rocket launcher on the front? I for one would get a much better sense of satisfaction from a bad a$$ tank then from a pickup truck 8) China might be ok too though (flame thrower tank ;D) But I think they should have the sides equally as appealing as the next. If you would ask me, I would say that GTA3 crosses the lines as far as appropriate gameplay goes. Capping a terrorist in the head is NOT even close to the same thing as banging a prostitute and then executing her JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT. That is just downright mentally-ill. Sure you may think it is "entertaining" but a line has to be drawn somewhere between fun, and sheer perversity. Next they are gonna have a game where you can actually undress the prostitutes right ::) downright sick.

I would have to disagree with you taq. (No offense to ace of course) FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I would have to say that the best all-round player was harkdawg. Sure he went below the belt on several occasions, but all that aside, he still owned royally. Just because someone has a bad rep doesn't mean they can't play. I know alot of you will disagree with me, but everyone has different experiences with certain players...

Yah it's kind of weird. I dunno about sarb being that good of atreides though? I used to be in his clan, and I ALWAYS beat him atreides vs atredies. On the other hand you elite, seemed to have luck with beating me, but lost to zaeblovse. The very last games I played in emperor were 2 back to back vs zaeblovse, in which I won BOTH ordos vs ordos. I just had it going vs certain player I guess... ACE always took me down because he knew exactly what I was gonna do every frickin time ( ;)).

Buses may not be efficient in a sense that they meet your personal schedule and requirements for reliable transportation. But Although they guzzle gas like it's going out of style, you fail to take in consideration how many people they are carrying when compared to cars. The gas:people ratio is WAY WAY WAY more efficient then if all the people on that bus were to each go in their own cars... Trains may be effective in some ways, but they are stuck to the tracks which doesn't allow for much leeway in where the terminals are. If you had to take the train every day, you may end up walking several kilometers to your work from the train station, which can be a major pain in the a$$, especially considering we live in such a harsh climate during winter. Oh and one more thing ace; do not assume that all, or even most trains are electric. In the large cities like Calgary where you live, yes there are these advanced trains and monorails. But the vast majority of trains are run on conventional fossil fuels, and they hack out the remnants of it like a chain-smoker who doesn't know when to quit.

Thank you for expanding on my post ace. However, I think it's time we all realized that nav is the most narrow-minded of narrow-minded. He is the most self-centered of the self-centered. He is the most ignorant of the ignorant. I have learned to take his comments for what their worth (which is basically nothing)
