Then if it is print screen by defualt it will go to your clipboard (memory) and from there you can normally paste it to any program that can handle pics (word, mspaint, not notepad...etc...). Try it, it it does paste to word or something then you can only store one pic at a time, which is crap. If that is the case, upgrade to some other program. I would still recommend howies screen capture (google if you want it). Scar ? You still not online ?

I dont know what program is taking those print screens if it is the f12 key. Maybe it is bf2, I kdont know. What ever it is, does it support multiple pictures ? Spizo, I am sorry I havent a clue. Maybe you can tell me where it says press f12. Is it the bf2 manual ?

umm, I never use f12, is it the game that captures the screenie ? I imagine it would end up in your my docs folder somewhere, but that really depends on what program captures the screen when you press f12.

Depends on the tool. Simple print screen button click with no app/tool installed can only handle 1 pic at a time, and new one overwrites the old. It copies it to the clipboard, for you paste into anything you want (word, mspaint, photoshop...whatever you want) where proper tools can get many pictures and store then in your chosen location (they may have a default one) when you press the print screen button (you can usually change they key too). Hope that helps.

Press the V key I think it is, with the target unit selected. Or was it B key ? :P I forget. As for the manual, I am not sure there is an electronic copy around, but someone did produce a keyboard map of the actions to be placed on a keyboard so as to help in game. Good luck.

Take screen shots using the print screen button. Or do it properly using maybe Howies screen capture tool or use Xfire, there are lots of tools.

Nope, I think I got one expert something...:P Maybe medic. I forgot to mention, I applied to join XCU. I got bored and fed up of waiting for everyone to join as FD2K. From trying to arrange a nice small skirmish to being the only person who plays at the moment (madenod doesnt cound, he would have fough for them!) is not much fun. So lets see what happens.

Try playing those games for a while, just to understand how different they are. I am not a bad player and I have been whooped by good players with the pistol. And Knifes. And shockpaddled. And had crates land on my head. And other stuff... I think right now we are talking about different things because you havent played inf only. Also, you describe a quick rush around type game where you run somewhere, kill 2 guys, die, run somewhere, kill 2 guys, die...repeat...I know I certainly try to kill a bloody lot more, and expect to, before dying.

Spicy, do you even play inf only games ? Try Karkand inf only or Jalallalalabad inf only... You cannot avoid close range.

I think he means one burst, which is effectively one shot (but not the same, whateverrrrr)... One burst could be more then one bullet. Like one shot killls with my G36E, which is on 3 shot burst.

I use Klite exactly for that. I always install the alternatives. So is anyone still going to produce the alternatives, as I dont want apple crap or real's bloat on my 'puter, if I can avoid it.

Thanks Madenod. I am still soldiering on, now my K/D ratio is around 1.02 and climbing. I have recently changed my mouse surface (I play on an old cupboard shelf placed on my desk, which allows me to extend my keyboard out more comfortably for me) and have swapped sides on it. I think this has meant my optical mouse is slightly more accurate now. Or perhaps I am now getting more used to placing the cross hairs more accurately quicker. Either way, I find I am now kicking butt more. I think playing with XCU has honed my skills now beyond what they were before. Still more to go, a lot of room for improvement, but a good place to be right now :P. I also find that I can predict movement of the enemy on the map better and can sort of expect where people will be. I am killing people without them seeing me more and more, coming from funny angles and stuff. The kind of thing that used to happen to me not too long ago. I still get screwed by lots of people, its just nice to screw others in return :8. The only thing that bothers me is that I am the ONLY darn =FD2K= tagged player on XCU !! Come on guys, I know Muds has been assimilated, but we should be able to pull together a squad of sorts. Rewired, where have you gone ? SPicy, I realise you cannot join us, and that is a shame. Scar, hope things are good at home, havent seen you on for a bit. Cybo the music man, jive on over to Karkand...Acriku, God knows he is MIA. I never ever saw Gunwounds on BF2. Cybo has been on but not of late, fine, he says he is working hard so I expect he will play hard int he summer, right?

Cybo is back hopefully soon, so scar & mad, get on and get your butt kicked. Spicy, I would love to see that guy in action, cos I can hardly hit a still tank, let alone a moving heli (I have done it, but not often enough to feel comfortable that I can do it whenever I want).

Interesting. The only way it could be a serial problem, that I can think of, on RA's server...is if there are currently more then 3 nicks assigned to that serial number in its database. So if someone created 3 nicks in the last, what, year and a half since the DB was reset (guesstimate) then it would explain it. Then the question is who has had your serial in the last year and a half ? (RA would be better able to tell us exactly when the server DB was reset, although I know it was done at least once after the server went "live"). Just play with your friends serial ? Or use a nick name created with his serial ?
